★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois da reforma ficou PÉSSIMO. Toda santa vez que tento agendar pelo whatsapp demoram horas pra me responder, não sei nem porque oferecem a opção de agendamento por lá! Em uma das vezes tive que ir até o estabelecimento perguntar se tinha horário porque não estavam me respondendo e eu precisava com urgência. Hoje por volta das 19:30 perguntei sobre design de sobrancelhas e foram me responder 1h depois que a "agenda tava cheia", nisso eu já tinha ido ao shopping para fazer em outro lugar, por volta das 20h e não tinha uma alma viva de cliente, secretária de papo sem fazer nada, profissionais parados. Se supostamente fica aberto até 22h e passo na frente e não tem uma alma viva no salão como que a agenda tava cheia? Demoraram horas pra dar satisfação pro cliente e ainda mentem pra não terem mais trabalho? Não sei por que essa gente se submete a trabalhar em shopping se não tão afim de fazer o horário de shopping. Péssimo, gostava demais antes e agora penso trocentas vezes em realmente ir.
After the renovation it was terrible. Every holy time I try to schedule by whatsapp take hours to answer me, I don't even know why they offer the scheduling option there! One time I had to go to the property and ask if I had time because they weren't answering me and I needed it urgently. Today around 7:30 pm I asked about eyebrow design and they came to answer me 1h after the "schedule was full", by that I had already gone to the mall to do somewhere else around 8pm and didn't have a living soul of client, chat secretary doing nothing, professionals standing still. If it is supposed to be open until 10 pm and step forward and not have a living soul in the room like the schedule was full? Did it take hours to give satisfaction to the customer and still lie to have no more work? I don't know why these people go to work in the mall if they are not so into shopping hours. Terrible, I liked it a lot before and now I think a hundred times about actually going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionada! Já fui umas 5 vezes no estabelecimento (sempre em alguma urgência, quando minha manicure não pode me atender por algum motivo). Minha mãe ia sempre e desistiu de ir, porque o serviço era ruim e também porque mais de uma vez marcaram horário pra ela e ela não foi atendida quando chegou lá. Uma falta de respeito!
Na semana passada fui, na quinta-feira e realmente foi a ÚLTIMA vez. É um absurdo pagar 56 reais pra fazer pé e mão e as manicures fazerem de maneira tão desleixada. A profissional que fez meu pé (Katia) fez tudo em 20 minutos, nunca vi isso. Ficou tudo borrado e manchado, horrível. Parecia que estava com raiva de fazer meu pé, bruta. Fez com a maior pressa! E em todas as vezes que eu fui foi assim.. resolvi dar mais uma chance na semana passada mas vi que nada mudou. Acho uma falta de respeito, pagar caro por um serviço porco como esse! Muito decepcionada. Não vou e não indico pra ninguém!
Pra piorar as profissionais que trabalham lá são bem desagradáveis. Sou super quietinha, fiquei o tempo todo na minha, e uma delas, sem mais nem menos, veio falar "Se não gostar dessa gritaria vai se acostumando, por que aqui a gente é assim". PÉSSIMO!!! Não se prestem a isso, clientes. Você encontra profissionais bem melhores por um preço muito mais em conta! Só queria ser respeitada, e infelizmente nem isso recebi desse lugar.
Disappointed! I've been to the establishment about 5 times (always in some urgency, when my manicure can't meet me for some reason). My mother always went and gave up on going because the service was bad and also because more than once she was scheduled and she was not attended when she got there. A lack of respect!
Last week I went on Thursday and it really was the LAST time. It is absurd to pay 56 reais to do hand and foot and manicures to do so sloppily. The professional who made my foot (Katia) did everything in 20 minutes, I never saw that. It was all smudged and stained, horrible. It felt like I was mad to make my foot gross. Made in a hurry! And every time I went was like this .. I decided to give it one more chance last week but I saw that nothing has changed. I find it a lack of respect, to pay dearly for such a pork service! Very disappointed. I will not and do not tell anyone!
To make matters worse the professionals who work there are very unpleasant. I am very quiet, I was all the time in mine, and one of them, without more or less, came to say "If you do not like this shouting will get used to it, why here we are". TERRIBLE!!! Don't lend yourself to that, clients. You find much better professionals for a much cheaper price! I just wanted to be respected, and unfortunately not even that I got from this place.

chegou em.mim e perguntou se eu queria desmarcar. Como assim desmarcar?? Sendo que eu estava lá aguardando por horas. Tudo bem! Ela iniciou o procedimento e disse que teve uma emergência ele mandou levantar e não terminou. Falando novamente por eu remarcar sem levar em consideração todos os custos e transtornos de perder uma tarde inteira aguardando atendimento dela.. detalhe profissional bom nem atende celular quando está com cliente. não indico pra ninguém.

I don't recommend it to anyone.

A atenção dispendida na recepção unida com a delicadeza e presteza das manicures vale cada centavo. É o "pagar mais caro" e sair feliz! Recomendo as manicures Yasmim e Paixão que prestaram um serviço de excelência.

The attention spent at the reception combined with the delicacy and promptness of the manicures is worth every penny. It's "paying more" and leaving happy!
