Fique 15m na fila pra chegar e não ter cartão. Não tinha dinheiro pra comprar tudo que queria. Só no cartão de débito.
Não havia nada indicando a indisponibilidade de pagamento e tão pouco a atendente informou a fila crescente que não estavam com todas formas disponíveis.
Tentei questionar a atendente sobre pegar o dinheiro num caixa e retornar na frente já que não era erro meu. Informou que não. E ainda mencionou que estava a 1h sem aceitar cartão, dando de ombros, pra solução do problema de alguma maneira que não fosse pegar a fila novamente. Falou que no outro quiosque estava aceitando cartão.
Fui a outro quiosque que tb não estava aceitando.
Sem surpresa alguma fui embora pra nunca mais voltar a este nem a qq outro quiosque da rede pois o despreparo atual no treinamento básico dos atendentes mancha tudo aquilo no qual já trabalhei, por mais de 1 ano, a 10 anos atrás.
Terrible attendance.
Stay 15m in line to arrive and have no card. I had no money to buy everything I wanted. Only on the debit card.
There was nothing indicating the unavailability of payment and neither did the attendant inform the growing queue that not all forms were available.
I tried to ask the clerk about taking the money from a cashier and returning to the front as it was not my mistake. He reported that he was not. And he also mentioned that he was at 1 am without accepting a card, shrugging his shoulders, to solve the problem in some way that would not take the queue again. He said that at the other kiosk he was accepting a card.
I went to another kiosk that I was not accepting.
Unsurprisingly, I left to never return to this or any other kiosk in the chain because the current unpreparedness in the basic training of the attendants tarnishes everything in which I worked, for more than 1 year, 10 years ago.
