★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles cobram barato na consulta, mas enfiam a faca nos exames, procedimentos, e medicamentos. Eles são frios com os pets, as auxiliares nem tanto, mas as médicas, são super secas... Meu pet operou lá, ninguém conversou cmg sobre o pós operatório. Nenhuma recomendação, sobre resultado de biópsia, tempo para retirar pontos ...enfim..
They charge cheap for the consultation, but they stick the knife in exams, procedures, and medications. They are cold with the pets, the assistants not so much, but the doctors are super dry... My pet was operated on there, no one talked to me about the postoperative period. No recommendation, about biopsy results, time to remove stitches...

Não existe sensação melhor do que ver seu filhote ser bem tratado ?

We were welcomed at the clinic by Anderson, very helpful and considerate, and affectionately attended by Isabella, who spared no effort to leave our Max calm and relaxed - for blood collection, while we discussed his castration, poor thing ??
There is no better feeling than seeing your puppy being treated well ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devido um diagnóstico no mínimo irresponsável por parte das médicas dessa clínica, meu gato não foi medicado como deveria ser e por consequência, teve duas paradas cardiorrespiratórias. Agora, segue sendo tratado em outra clínica, com profissionais sérios e atentos que não fecham um diagnóstico antes de descartarem outras possibilidades.
O famoso "barato sai caro", porque mesmo a consulta sendo barata, outros procedimentos, como aplicação de medicamentos, tem preços exorbitantes... Isso sem contar o despreparo dos profissionais!!!
NÃO LEVEM SEUS BICHINHOS NESSA CLÍNICA!
Due to an irresponsible diagnosis by the doctors of this clinic, my cat was not medicated as it should be and, consequently, had two cardiorespiratory arrests. Now, he continues to be treated in another clinic, with serious and attentive professionals who do not close a diagnosis before ruling out other possibilities.
The famous "cheap is expensive", because even though the consultation is cheap, other procedures, such as the application of medication, have exorbitant prices... Not to mention the unpreparedness of the professionals!!!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS INTO THIS CLINIC!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive que levar o meu gatinho durante 7 dias na clínica e todos os dias FOMOS MUITO BEM TRATADOS. A doutora Carol é ótima, achei o atendimento excelente, muito cuidadosa e é uma profissional de excelência. E a auxiliar Isabella muito carinhosa, atenciosa e extremamente profissional. Só confio o meu gatinho nas mãos dessas profissionais. O atendimento da recepcionista Aline é muito bom também.
I had to take my kitten to the clinic for 7 days and every day WE WAS VERY WELL TREATED. Dr Carol is great, I found the service excellent, very careful and is a professional of excellence. And the assistant Isabella was very affectionate, attentive and extremely professional. I only trust my kitten in the hands of these professionals. The receptionist Aline is also very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha cachorra para fazer a castração e foi uma péssima experiência. No dia a profissional disse que iria ligar assim que terminasse a cirurgia, fiquei esperando por muito tempo e nada deles ligarem. Então, liguei e disseram que eu poderia ir buscar ela, quando elas me entregaram a minha cachorra estava sangrando, a roupa e a coberta que tinha levado para ela estava cheia de sangue, levaram a minha cachorra para dentro e colocaram uma faixa, já fiquei assustada. Em casa depois de uns 3 dias a barriga da minha cachorra estava toda roxa o ponto horrível, apertado... péssimo. Depois disso decidi retornar na belle mascotte pra ver se isso era normal. Quando as ¨veterinárias¨ foram olhar, fizeram uma cara de assustadas uma para a outra, isso me deixou péssima. No outro dia mandei mensagem no whatsapp pra ver se conseguiria falar com a veterinária que castrou a minha cachorra, expliquei o que estava acontecendo, mandei foto e a resposta da veterinária foi super grossa, como se não tivesse acontecendo nada com a minha cachorra. Ninguém resolveu nada, super preocupada e insatisfeita com o atendimento da belle mascotte, levei minha cachorra em uma outra veterinária e la ela fez ultrassom pra vê se estava tudo bem... Fez tudo com muito carinho e atenção. Estava tudo bem com ela, mais confirmou que ¨judiaram¨ na cirurgia e o ponto estava muito apertado.
Não recomendo para ninguém passar na belle mascotte.
I took my dog to do the castration and it was a bad experience. On the day, the professional said she would call as soon as the surgery was over, I was waiting for a long time and they didn't call. So, I called and they said I could go get her, when they handed me my dog she was bleeding, the clothes and blanket I had taken for her were full of blood, they took my dog inside and put on a sash, I already got scared. At home after about 3 days my dog's belly was all purple the horrible, tight spot... terrible. After that I decided to go back to the belle mascotte to see if this was normal. When the 'veterinarians' went to look, they made a scared face at each other, it made me feel terrible. The other day I sent a message on whatsapp to see if I could talk to the veterinarian who neutered my dog, I explained what was happening, I sent a photo and the vet's response was super rude, as if nothing had happened to my dog. Nobody solved anything, super worried and dissatisfied with the attention of the belle mascotte, I took my dog to another veterinarian and there she had an ultrasound to see if everything was ok... She did everything with great care and attention. Everything was fine with her, but she confirmed that the surgery was "judged" and the stitch was too tight.
I don't recommend going to the belle mascotte for anyone.
