★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao local para dar a segunda dose da V10 no meu filhote e, possivelmente, manter o acompanhamento na clínica por boa localização (5 minutos de casa) e boa avaliação do Google em relação aos veterinários, porém antes mesmo de qualquer atendimento já mudei de ideia, pois na recepção a atendente informou que a V10 que ela já havia tomado (Recombitek c6/cv importada) não era válida e não imunizava contra nada e que eu teria que dar 4 doses da que eles comercializam (Marca Zoetis).
Obviamente questionei a afirmação, mas ela informou que não sabia explicar o motivo de não ser válida e tentou me empurrar uma consulta (R$ 90) sem necessidade para que eu tirasse as duvidas em relação à isso.
Não cheguei a passar com a Doutora, então não posso comentar em relação ao atendimento clínico (até por que só fui pelos comentários positivos), mas se na recepção tem alguém que afasta clientes dessa forma, querendo empurrar gastos com consulta e produtos que tem parceria, já não acho válido... Talvez um treinamento seja necessário.
Em resumo, fui até outra clinica de confiança e a vacina foi aplicada, tive um ótimo atendimento desde a recepção até a finalização dos procedimentos e sem dúvidas vou manter o acompanhamento lá (único contra é a distância, pois fica em Osasco, mas pela saúde do Pet, vale o esforço).
 I went to the place to give the second dose of V10 to my puppy and possibly keep the follow-up at the clinic for good location (5 minutes from home) and good Google evaluation in relation to veterinarians, but even before any care I changed my idea, because at the reception the attendant informed that the V10 she had already taken (Recombitek c6/cv imported) was not valid and did not immunize against anything and that I would have to give 4 doses of what they sell (Brand Zoetis).
Obviously I questioned the statement, but she said she could not explain why it was not valid and tried to push me for a consultation (R$90) without needing to ask me to clear any doubts about it.
I didn't go through with the Doctor, so I can't comment on clinical care (even because I only went for the positive comments), but if there's someone at the reception who turns away customers in this way, wanting to push expenses with consultations and products that have partnerships , I no longer think it's valid... Maybe some training is needed.
In short, I went to another trustworthy clinic and the vaccine was applied, I had a great service from the reception to the completion of the procedures and without a doubt I will keep the monitoring there (the only drawback is the distance, as it is in Osasco, but for health of the Pet, worth the effort).

Super recomendo, desde o banho e tosa a consulta veterinária, a Dr. Paula é a melhor profissional que ja conheci, atenciosa, paciente e entende que para muitos o animal é um filho, sempre tratou meu cachorro como eu tratava. Todos que trabalham na clinica merecem elogios, só tenho a agradecer por todo o carinho e profissionalismo que recebo.
I became a fan of this clinic from the moment I met the professionals who work there. I highly recommend it, from bathing and grooming to veterinary consultation, Dr. Paula is the best professional I have ever met, attentive, patient and understands that for many the animal is a child, she has always treated my dog as I did. Everyone who works at the clinic deserves praise, I can only thank you for all the affection and professionalism I receive.

SEGUNDO, VC NUNCA CONSEGUIU OUVIR FEEDBACKS. TERCEIRO VOCE ME LEVOU QUASE 20 MIL DE TRATAMENTO E NUNCA RESOLVEU O PROBLEMA DO MEU CACHORRO E RECUSOU ATENDE-LO DIVERSAS VEZES. E SE QUISER COLOCO OS PRINTS DO WHATSAPP AQUI CASO TENHA ESQUECIDO DA SUA CONDUTA, AI PODEMOS NOVAMENTE FALAR SOBRE RESPEITO COM TUTORES. I used this clinic when I lived in Barueri. Worst clinic I have ever been to. Lack of respect for animals and customers. I do not recommend.
ANSWER THE ANSWER BELOW HERE. FIRST EVERYONE CAN SEE THE LACK OF RESPECT WHEN CALLING THE CONSUMER POOR, DISRESPECTING THE CONSUMER LAW 5160/20. IF YOU DON'T KNOW WORK WITH LAW. SECOND, YOU'VE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO HEAR FEEDBACKS. THIRD YOU TOOK ME ALMOST 20 THOUSAND OF TREATMENT AND NEVER SOLVE MY DOG PROBLEM AND REFUSED TO ATTEND HIM SEVERAL TIMES. AND IF YOU WANT TO PUT THE WHATSAPP PRINTS HERE IF YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN YOUR CONDUCT, THEN WE CAN TALK AGAIN ABOUT RESPECT WITH TUTORS. We were blessed to receive the indication of the Clinic and to be so well taken care of by Dr Paula and her team. The castration of our Spitz was a success! We were afraid, insecure and the Dr was very understanding, she was very receptive to us. Excellent professional, very human, affectionate with our little one, simply wonderful! We are very grateful for everything always!??
