★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na marmoraria Beloarte, no dia 05/10, comprei uma cuba no valor de 1.250, paguei a vista. Ficaram de entregar no prazo de 15 dias, prazo esse que não foi cumprindo até aí tudo bem depois de uma semana entregaram. O problema é que a cuba foi entregue trincada e como no dia da entrega eu nao estava só vi a noite quando chegeui do trabalho, sem contar que a pessoa que colocou a cuba não passou rejunte então a água infiltra por dentro escorrendo no chão fica uma sujeira so no meu bamheiro, serviço muito mal feito.Isso aconteceu dia 27/10, ficaram de mandar um funcionária na minha casa para verificar e até hoje não apareceu ninguém. Estou sempre ligando na loja PEDINDO pra eles mandarem alguém dizem que vai mandar marcam data e horário e ninguém aparece. Hj dia 13/11, liguei falei com um senhora que não me recordo o nome extremamente sem educação disse que vai espera o funcionário passar a agenda dele pra ela pra depois marca comigo. Olha só o absurdo tamanha falta de respeito com seus clientes. Primeira vez que comprei nessa loja não indico pra ninguem e foi uma experiência que espero nao ter mais.
I was at the Beloarte marble shop on 10/05, bought a vat worth 1,250, paid the cash. They were to deliver within 15 days, which was not fulfilled until then, well after a week they delivered. The problem is that the tub was delivered broken and as on the day of delivery I was not only seeing the night when I arrived from work, not to mention that the person who put the tub did not go through the grout, so the water seeps in from the inside and runs down the floor dirt just in my bathroom, very poorly done. This happened on October 27th, they sent an employee to my house to check it and until today no one came. I'm always calling the store ASKING for them to send someone say they'll send a date and time and no one comes. Today, 13/11, I called, I spoke with a lady who I don't remember the name, extremely uneducated, said she will wait for the employee to pass his calendar to her and then make an appointment with me. Look at the absurdity of such a lack of respect with their customers. First time I bought it at this store I don't recommend it to anyone and it was an experience that I hope I don't have anymore.
