★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já agendaram a entrega 3 vezes, falam que estavam a caminho , ficamos esperando no local e nada , ligamos e falaram que estavam a caminho. Muita falta de respeito com o cliente . Provavelmente o desinteresse se dá pelo pagamento à vista ! Decepcionante

Houve muito capricho na apresentação do projeto, boa negociação e as medições também foram super bem realizadas pelo Leandro. Levam em consideração as necessidades dos clientes e no momento da instalação os dois prestadores de serviço foram educados, caprichosos e muito prestativos. Adoramos o serviço do começo ao fim!
Since the beginning of the negotiations I was very well attended, Vinicius and Adriano are super attentive and patient. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há quase 3 anos contratei o serviço da marmoraria. Antes da venda foi um ótimo atendimento, fizeram de tudo para fechar comigo e fechamos. Fizeram o serviço, mas não gostei logo na 1º vez, ficou um espaço desproporcional do frontão para a parede. Pedi uma 2º visita e aí sim gostei do serviço, ficou bonito. Dois anos e meio depois, outro problema. Já viram uma pedra do banheiro cair o fundo com menos de 3 anos de uso? Achei que duraria para sempre ou no mínimo muitos e muitos anos. Não dá para fazer manutenção a cada 2 anos e meio. Ouvi dos representantes da empresa que poderia ser mal uso. Mal uso? Como assim? Ali nós escovamos os dentes, lavamos as mãos e ninguém fica de pé em cima da pia do banheiro obviamente. Ninguém da loja se propôs a dar uma olhada, verificar o que poderia ter acontecido, o que poderia ser feito. Sem analisar me disseram que era manutenção e me indicaram uma outra empresa, segundo eles, não fazem esse tipo de trabalho e isso é comum acontecer. Não aceitei, queria mesmo que eles viessem e refizessem o trabalho. Após algumas conversas sem eu ceder que era mal uso, me cobraram R$ 400,00 para fazer a tal manutenção. Novamente não aceitei. Queria que a empresa fizesse o pós vendas tão bem quanto fez antes da venda, mas não fizeram. Procurei outra marmoraria que na hora percebeu que usaram um material que ressecou e perdeu a aderência, ou seja, o serviço não foi bem feito pela marmoraria. Fiz a manutenção com outra empresa e paguei metade do valor que a multi-formas me cobrou pela manutenção de algo que foi colocado sem capricho por ela. Enfim, não tive sorte com eles.
Almost 3 years ago I hired the marble service. Before the sale it was a great service, they did everything to close with me and we closed. They did the job, but I didn't like it right away the 1st time, there was a disproportionate space from the pediment to the wall. I asked for a 2nd visit and then I liked the service, it was beautiful. Two and a half years later, another problem. Have you ever seen a bathroom stone fall off the bottom with less than 3 years of use? I thought it would last forever or at least many, many years. You can't do maintenance every 2 and a half years. I heard from company representatives that it could be misused. misuse? As well? There we brush our teeth, wash our hands and nobody stands on the bathroom sink obviously. No one from the store offered to take a look, see what could have happened, what could have been done. Without analyzing it, they told me it was maintenance and they indicated another company, according to them, they don't do this type of work and this is common. I didn't accept, I really wanted them to come and redo the work. After some conversations without me giving in that it was misused, they charged me R$ 400.00 to carry out such maintenance. Again I did not accept. I wanted the company to do the after sales as well as they did before the sale, but they didn't. I looked for another marble shop that at the time realized that they used a material that dried out and lost its grip, that is, the service was not well done by the marble shop. I did the maintenance with another company and I paid half the amount that the multi-forms charged me for the maintenance of something that was placed without a whim by them. Anyway, I had no luck with them.
