Detestei a massagem,deixaram apenas 5 min no cabelo,nem parece que foi feita.
Detestei. Tive que falar com a responsável do salão para pedir que os profissionais( que estavam sem ) colocar a máscara.

Professionals without a mask, waiting room with chairs attached, I was unable to enter my relaxation room with my youngest daughter.
I hated the massage, they left only 5 min in the hair, it doesn't even seem like it was done.
I hated it. I had to speak with the person in charge of the salon to ask the professionals (who were without) to put on the mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento por telefone e na recepção é péssimo. Parece que estão nos fazendo um favor sem nenhuma preocupação com o atendimento ao cliente. Me senti mal com o atendimento da recepcionista por tel. Acabei de ligar hoje, 29/06/21, às 11:20h. Precisam melhorar e muito. E não é a primeira vez que me sinto mal com o atendimento deles. Deus me livre.
The service by phone and at reception is terrible. Looks like they're doing us a favor without any concern for customer service. I felt bad with the receptionist service by tel. I just called today, 06/29/21, at 11:20 am. They need to improve a lot. And it's not the first time I feel bad about their care. God forbid.

mais toda vez q eu estava relaxando chegava em casa percebia que ainda estava com resto de alisante no cabelo.
isso ocasionou queba no meu cabelo, isso aconteceu por varias vezes.
fico sem fazer agora 3 meses e mesmo assim meu cabelo fica liso e nao mais cacheado, por mais q eu avise que so quero relaxar a raiz .... ja ouvir de varias pessoas que eles estao alisando de mais o cabelo e perdendo a estrutura dos cachos.

But every time I was relaxing, I came home and I noticed that I still had the rest of the straightener in my hair.
this caused my hair to break, it happened several times.
I haven't done it now for 3 months and even so my hair is straight and no longer curly, no matter how much I warn that I just want to relax the root .... I've heard from several people that they are straightening their hair too much and losing its structure of the curls.

I really appreciate the attendants, they are very attentive I took my daughters for the first time and they had a princess treatment, especially my 4 year old daughter, they were very patient with her, thank you
