★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabaram com meu cabelo ? além de cortar meu cabelo deixando só um dedo de cabelo,só não reclamei pois estava tão nervosa, e com vontade de sair correndo pois todo mundo ficou rindo do jeito que deixaram meu cabelo, não consigo me ver no espelho de tanta vergonha , fui até o salão para melhorar minha autoestima, sai de lá pior, nunca mais coloco meus pés nesse local, e nem recomendo mais pra ninguém.
 They ended up with my hair ? besides cutting my hair leaving only a finger of hair, I just didn't complain because I was so nervous, and I wanted to run away because everyone was laughing at the way they left my hair, I can't see myself in the mirror. I was so embarrassed, I went to the salon to improve my self-esteem, I left there worse, I never put my feet in that place again, and I don't even recommend it to anyone anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É com pesar que venho relatar esse ocorrido, frequento o Cachos e Cia a mais ou menos 9 anos, sempre fui muito bem atendida, os produtos são de ótima qualidade, o relaxamento é maravilhoso e o corte perfeito.
Infelizmente hoje passei por um total descaso da parte da gerente da unidade de Vitória, totalmente despreparada!
Estava esperando a 01h e 30m para fazer o meu relaxamento sendo que só havia eu e mais duas clientes e quando fui questionar com a "gerente" fui tratada com deboxe, com desrespeito e com grosseria, a todo falando que se eu quisesse faria o estorno do meu cartão.
Só tinha 2 cabelereias relaxando o cabelo em um salão que tem mais de 20 poltronas para lavar o cabelo é desumano com os clientes e principalmente com as funcionarias, que estavam a todo tempo se mostrando cansadas e sobrecarregadas, mas mesmo assim, me trataram com todo o respeito, educação, e pediram muitas desculpas pelo ocorrido.
Espero que alguém superior veja essa mensagem e reveja quem está a frente do seu negócio, pois minha vontade é de nunca mais voltar lá, apesar de ser o salão que entrega o melhor produto.
It is with regret that I come to report this occurrence, I have been attending Cachos e Cia for about 9 years, I have always been very well attended, the products are of excellent quality, the relaxation is wonderful and the cut is perfect.
Unfortunately today I went through total neglect on the part of the manager of the Vitória unit, totally unprepared!
I was waiting at 01h and 30m to relax since there was only me and two other clients and when I asked the "manager" I was treated with deboxing, with disrespect and rudeness, saying that if I wanted to, I would do the reversal of my card.
I only had 2 hairdressers relaxing the hair in a salon that has more than 20 chairs to wash the hair, it is inhumane with customers and especially with the employees, who were all the time showing tired and overworked, but even so, they treated me with all respect, politeness, and apologized for what happened.
I hope someone superior sees this message and sees who is in charge of your business, as my desire is never to go back there, despite being the salon that delivers the best product.

Hoje meu atendimento foi perfeito, gostei da finalização, da menina que cuidou do meu cabelo não me lembro o nome dela, mais parabéns pelo trabalho de hoje?? que o atendimento continue assim sempre..☺️
Well, after 8 months of having my hair cut, I decided to return to the salon and give it another vote of confidence.
