Meu inquilino deixou alguns estragos no apartamento e a imobiliária não cobrou o valor real, afirmando que o inquilino não quer pagar o valor estipulado (que era bem mais baixo do que o real prejuízo que tive que assumir). Conclusão: O inquilino deixou o apartamento em dezembro e até hj, fevereiro, não pagou nem o mínimo que ele mesmo estipulou que iria pagar e a imobiliária me fala que não pode forçar o pagamento.
NÃO RECOMENDO! Péssimo!

My tenant left some damage to the apartment and the real estate agent did not charge the actual amount, stating that the tenant does not want to pay the stipulated amount (which was much lower than the actual loss I had to assume). Conclusion: The tenant left the apartment in December and until today, February, he did not pay even the minimum that he himself stipulated that he would pay and the real estate agent tells me that he cannot force the payment.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Terrible!

Me interessei por um imóvel que estava no site, fiz uma proposta e fiquei seis dias aguardando resposta para o corretor informar que o apartamento já estava alugado. Ou seja, ele me ofereceu um apartamento que já estava alugado! E pior, ele sabia da minha urgência e mesmo assim não me informou que o apartamento já estava alugado, nem sequer que havia outra proposta!!! Depois de uma semana aguardando, ele informou que estava alugado!! Ainda teve a audácia de tentar me enfiar outro apartamento goela abaixo, pelo qual não me interessei. UMA DROGA DE IMOBILIÁRIA. FALTA DE PROFISSIONALISMO E DE CARÁTER!! FUJA!
A real estate damn. I was interested in a property that was on the site, I made a proposal and I was six days waiting for response to the broker inform that the apartment was already rented. That is, he offered me an apartment that was already rented! And worse, he knew of my urgency and yet did not inform me that the apartment was already rented, not even that there was another proposal !!! After a week of waiting, he informed that he was rented !! He still had the audacity to try to shove me down another apartment, which I didn't care about. A REAL ESTATE DRUG. LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND CHARACTER !! RUN!
