★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, fui para o BelSpa para realizar um procedimento (peeling de cristal), ao chegar la realizei o pagamento antes de realizar o peeling, como foi a primeira vez que fui fazer esse procedimento; não sabia como funcionava, ao começar (com o processo ja iniciado) a moça que me atendeu me informou que estava fazendo um peeling de diamante (que pelas minhas pesquisas tem certa diferença entre o que eu paguei p/ fazer), comuniquei que tinha ido para fazer o de cristal, ela me disse que não poderia fazer o outro por que já havia iniciado o de diamante,. Não estou realizando esse comentário para prejudicar ninguém, só estou expondo um ocorrido muito chato, eu posso não ter sido encontrada no sistema de vocês, mas as mensagens estão intactas no meu celular. abçs.
Well, I went to BelSpa to perform a procedure (crystal peeling), when I got there I made the payment before performing the peeling, as it was the first time I went to do this procedure; I didn't know how it worked, when I started (with the process already started) the girl who answered me informed me that I was doing a diamond peel (which for my research has a certain difference between what I paid to do), I informed that I had gone to make the crystal one, she told me she couldn't do the other one because she had already started the diamond one. I'm not making this comment to harm anyone, I'm just exposing a very annoying occurrence, I may not have been found on your system, but the messages are intact on my cell phone. abcs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positivo: A massagem relaxante foi ótima e a massagista também. Fez todos os procedimentos oferecidos no pacote. Tentou resolver/ ajudar nos momentos de incômodo pelos recursos do local. Ofereceu outros produtos.
O ambiente é bom e organizado.
Negativo: Para a massagem relaxante a iluminação é inadequada, atrapalha para um bom resultado do procedimento; faltou som ambiente (foi improvisado), o tipo de luva utilizada incomoda (pelo som e atrito na pele); não fui informada do que precisava levar para o procedimento; não tem um banheiro próximo ao local.
Ajustando esses pontos fica top!?
Positive: The relaxing massage was great and so was the masseuse. Did all the procedures offered in the package. Tried to solve / help in moments of discomfort by the local resources. Offered other products.
The atmosphere is nice and organized.
Negative: For the relaxing massage, the lighting is inadequate, it interferes with a good result of the procedure; there was no ambient sound (it was improvised), the type of glove used was uncomfortable (due to the sound and friction on the skin); I was not informed of what I needed to bring for the procedure; There is no bathroom close by.
Adjusting these points is top!
