★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só passamos raiva! Descaso total, respondem só o que é de interesse da imobiliária. Zero suporte, zero cuidado com o cliente! Está chovendo dentro o imóvel, parte elétrica queimando nossos equipamentos e eles demoram dias para responder e quando respondem, são coisas absurdas. Se ARREPENDIMENTO matasse, estaríamos mortos!
 We just got angry! Total neglect, they only respond to what is of interest to the real estate company. Zero support, zero customer care! It's raining inside the property, electrical parts are burning our equipment and they take days to respond and when they do, it's absurd. If REPENTANCE could kill, we would be dead!

Deixaram de fazer uma venda inicialmente em função de documentação do vendedor que estava com problemas. Mas ganharam o cliente e logo um novo negócio deu certo. Recomendo com certeza.

Tivemos um imóvel locado através dessa imobiliária e sempre recebi suporte. Posteriormente, adquirimos um imóvel intermediado pela imobiliária e se não fosse a Fabíola a compra não teria acontecido. No auge da pandemia ela foi pra SP colher assinatura da construtora, indicou o Chester para desenrolar a documentação, conseguiu realizar um negócio improvável, ela vestiu a camisa como se o apartamento fosse pra ela. Se tivessem 6 estrelas eu daria. Obrigada Imóveis SJC!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As soon as you sign the lease contract the trouble starts. Air conditioning was broken (and refusing to fix even after moving in), trying to cheat me with the rental increase and delaying for months the refund of my deposit (but charging 10% fine if your rent is delayed by one single day). Had to hire a lawyer. They still owe me the reimbursement of the housing insurance but I gave up by now. Stay away from this imoral company; CRECISP should look into it.
