Queríamos um jantar rápido... erramos muito!
Saímos do hotel por volta de 20:20; demoramos um tempão pra arrumar vaga no "triângulo das bermudas"... lá pras 21h estacionamos perto do Bistrô e do Balthazar. Optamos pelo bistro por estar mais vazio, acreditando que seria mais rápido!
Pedimos bolinho de costela de entrada (uns $20 - 5 bolinhos). Muito saboroso! Demorou uma vida pra chegar!
Antes de terminar os bolinhos, pedimos os pratos... uma desespero! Mais uma DEMORA pra chegar!
Pedimos lasanha de berinjela (uns $40), não tinha; arroz de polvo, não tinha arroz; na mesa ao lado pediram cafe; não tinha!
Como pode um restaurante não ter arroz e cafe?! Falta um gestor que ajude à chefe que parece querer fazer tudo sozinha!
Adoramos os bolinhos, mas meu nhoque - molho salgado e um pouco mole - (uns $42) e a lagosta (uns $77) do meu companheiro estavam apenas ok!
Saímos de lá 23h em ponto, dispensando a sobremesa, pq até ela demora uma vida pra sair!
O local é agradável, mas só da pra ir se vc tiver umas 3-4h livres! Quando a comida chega, vc já enjoou do q pediu e os pratos perdem o brilho...

There was no rice, no coffee... 2 hours for a quick dinner!
We wanted a quick dinner... we were so wrong!
We left the hotel around 8:20 pm; It took us a long time to get a spot in the "Bermuda triangle"... around 9pm we parked near the Bistro and Balthazar. We opted for the bistro because it was more empty, believing it would be faster!
We ordered prime rib dumplings (about $20 - 5 dumplings). Very tasty! It took a lifetime to arrive!
Before finishing the dumplings, we ordered the dishes... a desperation! One more delay to arrive!
We ordered eggplant lasagna (about $40), there was none; octopus rice, there was no rice; at the next table they ordered coffee; did not have!
How can a restaurant not have rice and coffee?! There is a lack of a manager to help the boss who seems to want to do everything herself!
We love the dumplings, but my gnocchi - salty and a bit mushy sauce - (about $42) and my partner's lobster (about $77) were just ok!
We left there at 11:00 p.m. on the dot, dispensing with dessert, because even it takes a lifetime to come out!
The place is nice, but you can only go if you have 3-4 hours free! When the food arrives, you're tired of what you ordered and the dishes lose their shine...
I would go back on chorinho day, for the dumplings!
