A Carpe Diem tem uma excelente qualidade na manipulação das fórmulas, em atenção a restrições como não usar glúten, lactose, etc. O atendimento também é ímpar com muito zelo, prontidão e carinho com o cliente, notadamente nesse período de pandemia. Por isso tive vontade de apresentar algumas sugestões e, para minha surpresa, recebi uma carta de esclarecimento e de agradecimento pelas propostas feitas, acompanhada por alguns mimos super úteis.

Minha fórmula foi marcada pra uma data e ao chegar pra retirar disseram que erraram a data. Pediram desculpas e marcaram de entregar no outro dia porém, novamente não respondiam ao watts app e também não consegui falar com eles. Não recomendo.grrrrree
The pre-sales service is very good, but the after-sales service is terrible. They do not respond to the watts app and when it responds it is incomplete. My formula was scheduled for a date and when I arrived to pick it up they said they got the date wrong. They apologized and arranged to deliver the other day, however, again they did not respond to the watts app and I also couldn't talk to them. I don't recommend.grrrrree
