I love to ask for ifood, but I tried calling 2 different days to put an item back in the app and they didn't answer.

Porém estive com a minha esposa e minha neném, onde após ja ter realizado o pedido dos adultos a neném quis açaí, solicitamos uma bola do zero açúcar, após 5 minutos de espera, ja com a neném chorando foi perguntado se poderia colocar a bola antes do nosso pedido e o atendente respondeu com pouca paciência que ja estava realizando. A bola levou 10 minutos pra chegar, após o pedido dos adultos . O feedback do responsavel foi que após iniciado a montagem da taça não poderia parar para fazer outra coisa, sendo que havia 4 funcionários no estabelecimento (era apenas uma bola, sem acabamento nenhum). Nunca mais voltarei ao estabelecimento, zero empatia da casa.
I have always been a customer, the product really is very taste. However I was with my wife and my baby, where after having already made the request of the adults the baby wanted açaí, we requested a ball of zero sugar, after 5 minutes of waiting, already with the crying baby was asked if I could put the ball before of our order and the clerk answered with little patience that was already performing. The ball took 10 minutes to arrive after the adults asked. The feedback from the person in charge was that after starting the assembly of the cup could not stop to do anything else, and there were 4 employees in the establishment (it was just a ball, no finish). I will never go back to the establishment, zero empathy for the house.

Great place. Acai tasty, moderately priced and installation really beautiful ingredients. On the walls of the establishment we can follow the story of acai. Great place to take guests.
