★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O bolo é gostoso, o café é bom, o ambiente é bonito e aconchegante, o cardápio é bem variado, mas o atendimento é péssimo.
Sentamos e ficamos esperando ser atendidas, tentei chamar um garçom mas ele nem olhou pro lado. Levantei e fui até o balcão já que pelo jeito não seríamos atendidas ali, e tinha que pagar na hora. Não acho isso prático, já que se você tá tomando um cafézinho tranquilo e depois quer pedir alguma coisa você não vai querer levantar de novo só pra pedir e sacar a carteira quantas vezes for. Eu teria pedido um chá a mais se não fosse por isso. Quando entregaram o café, silenciosamente, ele veio com um bulezinho de porcelana que não explicaram o que era, parecia que era pra adoçar.
Não voltaria, atendimento muito arrogante, e bolo e café é o que não falta em Sampa.
 The cake is delicious, the coffee is good, the atmosphere is beautiful and cozy, the menu is very varied, but the service is terrible.
We sat and waited to be answered, I tried to call a waiter but he didn't even look away. I got up and went to the counter, as it would seem that we would not be served there, and I had to pay on time. I don't think this is practical, since if you are having a quiet coffee and then want to order something you will not want to get up again just to order and withdraw your wallet as many times as possible. I would have asked for more tea if it weren't for that. When they delivered the coffee, silently, it came with a small china pot that did not explain what it was, it seemed that it was to sweeten it.
Would not return, very arrogant service, and cake and coffee is not lacking in Sampa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local fica perto do Memorial da Imigração Judaica, cafeteria espaçoso e muito bem decorado.
Fui no horário de almoço e não estava cheio.
O cliente faz o pedido no balcão e o pedido é entregue na mesa... Recomendo!!!
The place is close to the Jewish Immigration Memorial, a spacious and nicely decorated cafeteria.
I went for lunch and it was not full.
The customer orders at the counter and the order is delivered to the table ... I recommend it !!!

Yummy coffee, great menu and beautiful decor. For the 5 stars, I would vote for cozier music (but that's a matter of taste!)

Só não curti muito o bolo que pedi de sobremesa.
De resto, a experiência foi boa ?
Cozy place, super friendly servers and the dishes well served and delicious.
My favorite there is the crazy meat with salad accompanied by pineapple juice with mint ?
The only thing I didn't like was the cake I ordered for dessert.
Otherwise, the experience was good ?
