Péssimo atendimento! E não fazem o serviço direito quando você não aceita "os problemas" que eles colocam no carro! NÃO LEVEM SEUS CARROS LA!
Meu carro era apenas troca de pneus e alinhamento, me fizeram pagar o balanceamento para que o alinhamento saísse "de graça", o nome disso é venda casada e é proibido por lei. Condenaram meu armortecedor e falaram que eu devia fazer cambangem, como não aceitei, meu carro não foi alinhado. Sai na Av Brasil e ele parecia andar de lado, Voltei lá e nada fizeram! Absurdo!
Fui a outro lugar e comprovaram que o carro não estava alinhado. Tive que pagar novamente para fazer um serviço que eles deveriam ter feito!

My car was just a tire change and alignment, they made me pay the balance so that the alignment came out "for free", the name of this is a married sale and is prohibited by law. They condemned my armor-bearer and told me that I should make the cambangem, as I did not accept, my car was not aligned. I left Av Brasil and he seemed to walk sideways, I went back there and did nothing! Absurd!
I went to another place and verified that the car was not aligned. Had to pay again to do a service that they should have done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca levem seu carro neste local, pois alem de botarem defeito em tudo afim de ganhar dinheiro nas suas costas , não consertam nada. Levei meu carro para fazer um simples balanceamento, meu carro saiu pior do que estava e a tremedeira no volante só aumentou . corram deste local se tem amor ao seu veículo, foi minha segunda péssima experiência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito mal atendido. Apenas queria realizar a montagem dos pneus comprados no extra, fiquei quase 3h aguardando. Quando chego em casa, depois de algum tempo um dos pneus está completamente vazio, pois foi mal colocado. Corram desse estabelecimento. Montem o pneu ele outro lugar pois sairá mais barato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -Saí a pouco de lá,troquei os 4 pneus..O mecânico que me atendeu super honesto e o borracheiro também..Não tenho o que reclamar..Trocaram rápido os Pneus,as rodas que o "Técnico" da loja Top Car condenou só em olhar..Passou de boa no teste visual e no com equipamento e como vcs podem ver com o pneu novo já montado..Obs: Comprei em promoção no Extra e lá oferecem gratuitamente a montagem e o alinhamento;os quatro balanceamentos 10 reais cada com desconto,o alinhamento é cortesia..Só paguei por 2 bicos novos,que os outros 2 estavam íntegros segundo o borracheiro..Sem mimimi e conversa fiada..Recomendo!..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ano passado fiz suspensão e amortecedor dianteiro, este ano deu problema no amortecedor, cheguei na loja e solicitei a garantia e fui prontamente atendido com sucesso. Recomendo muito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 2 pneus no Assaí e ganhava a troca e alinhamento grátis nesse lugar.
Cheguei no local, o cara do balcão tentou me empurrar de todo jeito pra fazer balanceamento, quando eu neguei, já fechou a cara,estava fazendo a minha "ficha" e simplesmente parou de fazer. fiquei uma hora esperando, quando vi que um mecânico empurrou serviço no cliente que tava na minha frente a mais, não pensei duas vezes em ir embora.
Agem na malandragem, querendo empurrar serviços que em sua grande maioria das vezes, é desnecessário, olho aberto!
Comprem os pneus no Assaí, mas não caiam nessa de trocar pneu nesse local, é furada!!
