★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o quarto apresentou vazamento no teto e no canto e notifiquei por 7 dias um caos além da parede toda mofada e com infiltração. O locatário não obtém segurança e respaldo um verdadeira descaso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária, péssimos funcionários, pra fechar o contrato uma beleza, mas pro suporte necessário durante seu aluguel, não respondem, demoram muito, reparos no portão l principal demorou cerca de 5 meses , quem quisesse forçar pra entrar, entrava, luzes de sensor do corredor não funcionavam, eu grávida chegando a noite tinha que subir no escuro com cuidado, liberação automática da porta através do interfone 1 ano sem funcionar e você liga e questiona não te dão resposta. Não respondem seu whats meio de comunicação dado por eles mesmo, boleto do aluguel por email? 3 anos na casa e todos os meses precisava ligar pra cobrar de mandarem pra eu pagar, ai tinha que cobrar com antecedência pq demoravam de 1 a 2 dias pra mandar. Ai na vistoria de entrega de chaves, começam a procurar pêlo em ovo pra vc demorar pra encerrar o contrato e continuar pagando. Exigem respeito porém não dão respeito. Lamentável
