Quando comecei a usar lentes de contato, a Aline e o Valdir me instruíram bastante e teve todo o cuidado, fazendo minha adaptação a mais segura e confortável possível. I have been a customer of optics for 18 years! My family and I always made all our glasses there and we never had any problems. When I started wearing contact lenses, Aline and Valdir instructed me a lot and took great care, making my adaptation as safe and comfortable as possible. The service and support they provide is excellent! I highly recommend Óticas Veneza for the quality, technology and health of our vision!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente da Óticas Veneza a 33 anos e sempre c o melhor atendimento !!!! Em janeiro de 2018 fui fazer, mais uma vz, meu óculos ! Só q dessa vz optei pelo multifocal da Varilux, com tudo q tinha direito!
Só q infelizmente, por algum defeito da lente sofri durante um ano, c falta de foco e um tipo de arco iris q me fazia enxergar vermelho de longe e azul de perto! Foi mandado de volta p Varilux trocar, e assim foi feito, e só piorou !
Mas esta semana o Waldir deu solução ao meu problemão rs !! Ele conseguiu , junto a Varilux, trocar as lentes, ainda na garantia e sem custo, por novas e superiores as outras!! Ficou ótimo, tão bom enxergar bem novamente !!!!
Obrigada Waldir pelo seu empenho, honestidade e pela amizade de tantos anos !!! E a toda sua equipe, q faz a diferença !!! Parabéns por ser a pessoa íntegra q és, e por sempre estar ao dispor qdo seus clientes, amigos, necessitam !!! ♥♡♥♡♥♡
I am a customer of Optics Venice at 33 years and always c the best service !!!! In January 2018 I went to do one more, my glasses! Only from this vz I opted for Varilux multifocal, with everything I had right!
Unfortunately, for some defective lens I suffered for a year, and lack of focus and a type of rainbow that made me see red from a distance and blue from close up! He was sent back to Varilux to change, and so it was done, and it only got worse!
But this week Waldir gave a solution to my problem rs !! He managed, with Varilux, to change the lenses, still in warranty and at no cost, for new and superior ones! It was great, so good to see again !!!!
