★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei um imóvel com esta imobiliária na data de 14 de abril de 2021, e hoje 20 de agosto de 2021 ainda não tenho meu contrato, prometem o contrato de uma semana para outra e vão enrrolando com uma falta imensa de profissionalismo e pouco caso com os inquilinos. Prometeram que hoje (mais de 4 meses depois) estarão me entegando o contrato, como já falam isso a alguns meses não estou acreditando... Meu conselho para quem visualizar essa mensagem é de que não façam negócios com essa empresa !

 I rented a property with this real estate agency on April 14, 2021, and today, August 20, 2021 I still don't have my contract, they promise the contract from one week to another and they keep rolling with a huge lack of professionalism and little regard for the tenants. They promised that today (more than 4 months later) they will hand me the contract, as they've been saying this for a few months, I'm not believing it... My advice to anyone who sees this message is not to do business with this company!

Já deu SPC e Serasa e ninguém me fala nada. Sendo que a resolutiva e deles. Preciso que alguém resolva o quanto antes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ foram atenciosos fui tratado super bem até eu pagar o depósito e entrar na casa. O dono faz da maneira que quer, e a imobiliária não tomou nenhuma providencia
Aluguei um imóvel 2quartos, sala, cozinha e garagem os boletos só chegavam, quando eu descobri que cobravam aluguel da garagem também, não se iludem
E outra a casa estava em péssimas condições, a corretora disse que o proprietário ira resolver. Foi o maior descaso que passei na minha vida, nunca atrasei o aluguel, mesmo assim fui tratado dessa maneira.
Agora estou sendo processado pelo proprietário, dizendo que eu destruir a apartamento dele, kkkkk piada né

I rented a property with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and garage, the tickets only arrived, when I found out they charged garage rent too, don't be fooled
And another the house was in terrible condition, the realtor said that the owner will solve it. It was the biggest neglect I went through in my life, I never delayed the rent, yet I was treated that way.
Now I'm being sued by the owner, saying that I destroy his apartment, hahaha joke right
