 In this heat, I panicked when my air didn't freeze, I Googled a closer company and found this one; I confess that I only called because of the good reviews. They were helpful at all times. My air had a problem, the repair was done and even then it wasn't enough and they were always available and fair, and they solved it until my air was 100%. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bem atendido pelo profiossional Mosiah. Não consegui atendimento nem pelas autorizadas. Por acaso descobri o anúncio deles no Youtube, mas recebi todo suporte. Excelente comunicação por parte da empresa. Conseguiram realizar o reparo no ar enquanto outras cobraram um valor absurdo e outras nem faziam o reparo.
Very well attended by the professional Mosiah. I didn't get service even from the authorized ones. I discovered their ad on Youtube by chance, but I received all the support. Excellent communication from the company. They managed to carry out the repair in the air while others charged an absurd amount and others did not even do the repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei está empresa pelas excelentes avaliações no Google. De fato o atendimento da Giovana e serviço realizado pelo Técnico Max foram excelentes. Pessoas educadas e bem profissionais. No meu caso, fui instalar um gancho de rede na parede e acertei em cheio o tubo de cobre do ar split. Contratei um pedreiro para abrir a parede e o Max realizou a limpeza e o reparo a quente (soldagem) do tubo e carga de gás. Tudo certo até o momento. Chamei novamente o pedreiro para fechar a parede. Fica a dica, o Max né informou que dependendo do caso eles mesmo podem abrir a parede.
I looked for this company for the excellent reviews on Google. In fact, Giovana's service and the service performed by Técnico Max were excellent. Educated and very professional people. In my case, I went to install a net hook on the wall and hit the split air copper tube. I hired a bricklayer to open the wall and Max performed the cleaning and hot repair (welding) of the pipe and gas charge. Everything ok so far. I called the mason again to close the wall. Here's a tip, Max didn't say that depending on the case they can even open the wall.

Depois de ler tantas avaliações positivas optei por chamar. O atendimento desde o contato do zap foi ótimo pois fui atendida rapidamente, recebi tabelas de preços o que achei maravilhoso pois mostra o quão séria é a empresa. Para minha surpresa o técnico enviado foi o Mosiah, o mesmo que foi muito bem elogiado nos comentários que vi. E ele realmente faz jus aos elogios, explica todo o trabalho que está sendo feito, dá dicas para melhor uso do aparelho, executou o serviço sempre com muito cuidado e limpeza. Honesto e justo fez somente que era preciso para que o aparelho voltasse a funcionar corretamente. Fico muito feliz com o resultado e com o serviço executado, para agradecer já divulguei internamente no meu condomínio e eles já possuem novos agendamentos aqui. Gratidão é a palavra que define por tudo o que foi feito na minha residência. Super recomendo e dou nota mil para a empresa e para o Tecnico Mosiah. Obrigado!!!!!!!!!
I needed to do the annual cleaning and check if I needed any more service on my air because it wasn't freezing. I decided to search on google and found the company Felipe do Split. After reading so many positive reviews I chose to call. The service from zap contact was great because I was answered quickly, I received price lists which I thought was wonderful because it shows how serious the company is. To my surprise, the technician sent was Mosiah, the same one who was highly praised in the comments I saw. And he really lives up to the praise, explains all the work that is being done, gives tips for better use of the device, always performed the service with great care and cleanliness. Honest and fair, he only did what was necessary for the device to work properly again. I am very happy with the result and with the service performed, to thank you I have already disclosed it internally in my condominium and they already have new appointments here. Gratitude is the word that defines for everything that was done in my residence. I highly recommend and give a thousand marks to the company and to Technician Mosiah. Thanks!!!!!!!!!
