★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito satisfeito! Meu modelo de lavadora Samsung (WF106) é famoso por dar problema no processador da placa que impede o motor de girar e a Bertzservice é referência no reparo dessas placas. No meu caso, optei por receber uma placa de outra máquina do mesmo modelo recém consertada que estava a pronta entrega (Base de Troca), para não ter que esperar mais de um mês para chegada dos componentes importados, caso quisesse a minha consertada, o que foi muito bom. A placa é testada e até é enviado um video com ela funcionando. O custo foi de R$680. Aceitam Pix e emitem nota fiscal. Dão um bom suporte via whatsapp para o cliente conseguir fazer tudo sozinho.
E foi tudo relativamente rápido, sou do RS e entre eu enviar a placa pelos correios e a outra chegar aqui deu 14 dias.
Conectei a placa recebida, fiz o aterramento do motor conforme indicado em vídeo e está funcionando muito bem!

The card is tested and a video is even sent with it working. The cost was R$680. They accept Pix and issue invoice. They give good support via whatsapp so that the customer can do everything himself.
And it was all relatively fast, I'm from RS and it took 14 days between me sending the plate through the post office and the other one arriving here.
I connected the received board, ground the motor as indicated in the video and it is working very well!
