Somos bem atendidos desde o primeiro contato (telefone/WhatsApp) até a saída. Barthô ama a Dra. Juliana, mesmo quando ela dá umas injeções nele. Hehehhehe.
Amooooo a Best Vet. They are always ready to assist my Barthô, whether it is a routine appointment or an emergency. The service and affection of the professionals is very good. We are well attended from the first contact (phone/WhatsApp) to departure. Barthô loves Dr. Juliana, even when she gives him some injections. Hehehhehe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei bastante do atendimento na clínica! Dra. Juliana muito solícita, competente explica detalhadamente a situação do pet! Gostei tbm do atendimento da Dra. Beatriz! Encontrei a clínica pelas avaliações do Google, pois levava a minha cachorrinha em outra, mas não estava gostando do atendimento, inclusive as avaliações aqui no Google eram péssimas, mas só vi depois!
Enfim...como quem faz acompanhamento dos pets sabe que os exames não são mto baratos...mas está na faixa do que vinha pesquisando! Recomendo.
I really enjoyed the service at the clinic! Dr. Juliana very solicitous, competent explains in detail the situation of the pet! I also enjoyed the service provided by Dr. Beatriz! I found the clinic through Google's ratings, because I took my dog to another one, but I wasn't enjoying the service, even the ratings here on Google were terrible, but I only saw it later!
Anyway... as anyone who monitors pets knows that exams are not very cheap...but it is in the range of what I've been researching! I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levamos o Lupi, desde pequenino, na BestVet. Seja para consultas de rotina, castração e vacinação ou para qualquer outra intercorrência inesperada. O atendimento sempre foi excelente. Mesmo morando na zona oeste, vale a pena. A localização é tranquila.
We took Lupi, since he was little, at BestVet. Whether for routine appointments, castration and vaccination or for any other unexpected intercurrence. The service has always been excellent. Even if you live in the west, it's worth it. The location is peaceful.
