★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de profissionalismo dos atendentes na recepção. Falando mal de um outro cachorro que deixou pelos na recepção perto de todos os clientes, ao invés de pegar uma vassoura de forma mais rapida e limpar ou chamar alguém da limpeza. Não sabem precisar um periodo de atendimento. Fiquei 1 hora apos fazer o cadastro do pet aguardando na recepção com outros clientes e neste período ninguém foi chamado para o atendimento, haviam apenas 3 pessoas para serem atendidos.
Uma pena ficar 1 hora aguardando e sair sem atendimento é ruim.
Uma clínica que diz atender emergências 24 horas e ter apenas 1 veterinário, é um absurdo, por ser um local com movimento precisa ter mais profissionais.
 Lack of professionalism of the attendants at the reception. Speaking ill of another dog that left hair at the reception close to all customers, instead of picking up a broom more quickly and cleaning or calling someone from the cleaning. They do not know how to need a service period. I stayed 1 hour after registering the pet waiting at the reception with other customers and in this period no one was called for assistance, there were only 3 people to be served.
A pity to wait 1 hour and leave without assistance is bad.
A clinic that claims to respond to emergencies 24 hours a day and has only 1 veterinarian, is absurd, as it is a place with movement, it needs more professionals.

"Cuide de seu pet com todo carinho q ele merece pq eles seja gato ou cachorro eles são por excelência transmissores do amor de Deus para nós", infelizmente qdo acionei a (UpaVet)Dra Ana, foi tarde já tinha levado em outras clínicas e só me arrependo por não ter levado antes e encontrado um ser humano tão dedicada, responsavel e muito capaz acredito q é profissionais como a Dra.Ana e equipe, além de verdadeiros Anjos humanos, fazem uma clínica veterinária como a Upa vet em uma escolha única salvadora para seu Pet.
Nossos Pets merecem pessoas que o tratem com amor como se fosse o próprio amor de Deus cuidando deles.
Indico sim são muito honestos e verdadeiros e como disse anteriormente verdadeiros anjos.
They surprised me mostly Dr.Ana and staff attention, warmth and humanity with my Ruby q after so much suffering kidney q my cat left us longing ?e many lessons left us a message. "Take care of your pet with all q affection he deserves cuz they is cat or dog they are eminently transmitters of God's love for us," unfortunately qdo cranked up the (UpaVet) Dr. Ana, was late had taken on other clinical and only I regret not having taken before and found a human being as dedicated, responsible and very capable professionals believe q is as Dra.Ana and staff, as well as true human Angels make a veterinary clinic as the vet Upa on a single saving choice for your pet.
Our pets deserve people who treat him with love as if it were God's own love caring for them.
I indicate yes they are very honest and true and as I said before true angels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizeram a maior confusão com o resultado de exame do meu pet, primeiro me ligaram dizendo que ocorreu um Erro na analise depois me ligaram dizendo que fizeram confusão com outro caso ai depois o resultado deu negativo para a suposta investigação. O mesmo exame foi realizado em outra clinica cujo o resultado deu positivo para ambas investigação, meu pet ainda esta em tratamento e se recuperando. Vocês deveriam ter muito cuidado com as informações q passam p o cliente q credibilidade é essa? A meu ver zero. Se não querem devolver o meu dinheiro nao devolvam devem estar precisando mais do que eu. Mas o que eu puder fazer para nao recomendar vocês, o farei.
They made the biggest confusion with the result of examining my pet, first they called me saying that there was an Error in the analysis then they called me saying that they made confusion with another case there after the result was negative for the alleged investigation. The same exam was performed in another clinic whose results were positive for both investigations, my pet is still undergoing treatment and is recovering. Should you be very careful with the information that is passed on to the customer? In my view, zero. If you do not want to return my money do not return it must be in need of more than me. But what I can do to not recommend you, I will.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu estive nesse hospital no último dia 01/03, de madrugada, com o meu pet bem ruim, me deram uma canseira de mais de.uma hora, me deixando sozinha na recepção sem ao menos me informar que por ser de madrugada e diz a atendente que estavam em uma emergência. Tive que ligar de lá mesmo pra eles mesmo pra alguém descer até a recepção e me dá qualquer tipo de explicação. Sou da zona leste e fui até lá achando que teria um.tratamento um pouco melhor, ledo engano. Sai de lá sem atendimento e graças aos anjos da Vet Lapa meu cãozinho foi atendido e passa bem.
I was in this hospital on the last day 03/01, at dawn, with my pet very bad, they gave me a fatigue of more than an hour, leaving me alone at the reception without even informing me that because it is early in the morning and says attendant who were in an emergency. I had to call them right there for someone to go down to the reception and give me any kind of explanation. I am from the east side and I went there thinking that I would have a little better treatment. I left there without assistance and thanks to the angels of Vet Lapa my dog was attended and is doing well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperei quase 2h, para ser atendida, cheguei as 20h, sai de lá as 3h da manhã. Meu gato quase morreu de tanta sedação e medicamentos que deram para ele. Foi desesperador.
Levei em outro hospital, pq ele não acordava, ele teve que tomar soro, entre outros. Ele ficou 12h desacordado. Foi cobrado quase 1mil na consulta/exame/medicamentos e procedimento errados que fizeram.
Enfim, não recomendo, PELO AMOR DE DEUS NÃO LEVEM SEUS BIXINHOS NESSE LUGAR!!!
I waited almost 2 hours to be seen, I arrived at 8 pm and left at 3 am. My cat almost died from so much sedation and medication they gave him. It was desperate.
I took him to another hospital, because he didn't wake up, he had to take a serum, among others. He was unconscious for 12 hours. Almost 1,000 was charged for the wrong consultation/exam/medicines and procedure.
Anyway, I don't recommend it, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DON'T TAKE YOUR PET IN THIS PLACE!!!
