Fui muito bem atendida e foi muito mais rápido do que estava esperando. Por ser particular, não passei pela experiência de esperar a liberação do convênio. Pelo que percebi, melhor evitar de ir aos sábados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O tempo de espera para coleta de sangue é aceitável. É realizado por ordem de chegada. Contudo, a realização de USG Abdominal levou cerca de 25 minutos de espera.
As recepcionistas são solicitas, as enfermeiras também e bem capacitadas.
O local deixa muito a desejar, pois falta organização e o ponto principal para um ambiente da área da saúde: limpeza. Precisam melhorar e muito esses dois pontos.
 The waiting time for blood collection is acceptable. It is done on a first-come, first-served basis. However, the performance of Abdominal USG took about 25 minutes of waiting.
Receptionists are requested, nurses are also well trained.
The place leaves much to be desired, as it lacks organization and the main point for an environment in the health area: cleanliness. These two points need to be greatly improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As meninas são extremamente simpáticas e prontas pra ajudar! Fui atendida por mais de uma colaboradora, mas a Laís foi quem agilizou tudo pra mim e ela é sensacional! Fiz exames apenas, bons preços no particular, bons preços com coparticipação e atendem vários convênios, além do convênio próprio.
Verificar o horário de maior fluxo e evitar estes horários é o melhor a se fazer...
Tive uma boa experiência nesta unidade !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resultado de exames atrasados. Você liga na Central de Atendimento na qual demora para ser atendido e nas duas vezes que liguei as atendentes foram grossas e sem paciência. Como é ruim querer só o mínimo e não ter.
Late exam results. You call the Service Center in which it takes time to be answered and both times I called the attendants were rude and impatient. How bad it is to want only the minimum and not have it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência , marquei exame as 08:30 , quando me ligaram confirmando se eu ia comparecer eu perguntei se seria por horário marcado ou ordem de chegada . Fui feita de besta , 10:00 da manhã e eu ainda não tinha sido atendida .
Não volto mais e se vc não está com a vida ganha nem perca seu tempo marcando exame nesse local. A espera é GIGANTESCA e depois ainda tem que voltar pra retirar o exame, e lá se vai mais tempo esperando .
Bad experience , I scheduled an exam at 8:30 am , when they called me confirming if I was going to attend I asked if it would be by appointment or arrival order . I was made of a beast, 10:00 in the morning and I still hadn't been attended to.
I won't come back and if you don't have a good life, don't waste your time scheduling an exam in this place. The wait is HUGE and then you still have to go back to withdraw the exam, and there goes more time waiting.

Porém a atitude de uma funcionária Rubia na, ao ver uma Sra de 80 anos, tentando ficar num lugar fora da aglomeração, conduziu minha mãe para o setor do exame e "salvou" a avaliação, mais que isso protegendo vidas. Parabéns Rubiana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na Unidade Tatuapé da Rua Vilela, atendimento excelente das profissionais Lais (atendente), Sandra (enfermeira) q é de outra Unidade, porém estava prestando serviços naquele dia e Fernanda (coordenadora). Quanto ao tempo de espera, achei dentro do normal, devido a demanda.
