★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, nunca mais faço qualquer tipo de negócio com esta imobiliária, pelos comentários dos colegas inquilinos por aqui, vejo que o problema não foi apenas comigo, pintamos a casa e entregamos nas condições em que recebemos, o senhor que fez a vistoria, disse que eu não passei verniz nas portas, procurou por mínimos detalhes com a finalidade de aplicar a multa, não vi esse mesmo empenho quando foi para eu entrar no imóvel e quando peguei as chaves, as portas não estavam envernizadas. Pedi a chave para imobiliária novamente para enviar alguém para passar verniz nas portas, não deixaram e aplicaram multa de R$ 1.800,00 reais e não me enviaram nota fiscal dos serviços de pintura. Deus me livre, vivendo e aprendendo.
 I don't recommend it, I'll never do any business with this real estate company again, from the comments of fellow tenants here, I see that the problem was not just me, we painted the house and delivered it in the conditions we received, the gentleman who carried out the inspection, said that I didn't varnish the doors, looked for the smallest details in order to apply the fine, I didn't see that same effort when I went to enter the property and when I got the keys, the doors were not varnished. I asked for the key to the real estate agency again to send someone to apply varnish on the doors, they didn't let them and they applied a fine of R$ 1,800.00 reais and they didn't send me an invoice for painting services. God forbid, living and learning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima "imobiliária". Faz o cliente de palhaço. Fui visitar um imóvel informando anteriormente que seria para fins comerciais e depois de entregar uma série de documentos e fazerem cadastro na Porto vieram me dizer que o imóvel era só para residência. Ridículo.
Terrible "real estate". Make the customer a clown. I went to visit a property previously informing me that it would be for commercial purposes and after delivering a series of documents and registering with Porto they came to tell me that the property was for residence only. Ridiculous.
