Se pra alugar é tão difícil, imagina depois se tiver algum problema pra resolver... Minha recomendação é passar bem longe. Existem outras opções melhores com bons imóveis, melhor atendimento e burocracia menor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, faltou respeito com a memória de meu pai e nenhum profissionalismo, sem sequer analisar meus documentos nem visitar a minha área situada no mesmo bairro o corretor descartou minha área, dizendo que não tinha documentos e precisava de inventário, porém a área já havia sido transferida para os herdeiros eu e meu irmão em vida através de contrato de doação pois meu pai estava doente e sabia. Resultado eu mesmo através de anúncio na olx aluguei minha área em três dias. Péssimo profissional, péssima postura, péssima empresa! Arrogantes e acomodados!
