★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu perdi 2250 reais pra essa imobiliária, eles fazem você pagar a despachadoria de documentação,te enrola falando que a documentação foi pra caixa e nada,agem de má fé pois eles gostam de brincar com os sonhos das pessoas além de ter o corretores enrolados e mentirosos, infelizmente me decepcionei com os corretores e com a imobiliária,casa de pessoas desonesta.
 I lost 2250 reais to this real estate company, they make you pay for shipping documents, wrap you up saying that the documentation went to the cash register and nothing, act in bad faith because they like to play with people's dreams in addition to having the brokers rolled up and liars, unfortunately I was disappointed with the brokers and the real estate, dishonest people house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se quiser ter aborrecimento e se sentir desrespeitado eu indico essa imobiliária. Te tratam muito bem até vc dar a entrada. Depois te enrolarão por mais de 6 meses sem te dar nenhuma informação sobre o processo. Ainda estou na esperança de pegar as chaves de um apartamento pelo qual já paguei a entrada, itbi e continuo sendo enrolada pelos corretores e pelo dono principalmente.
If you want to have annoyance and feel disrespected I recommend this real estate agency. They treat you very well until you give in. Afterwards, they will stall you for more than 6 months without giving you any information about the process. I'm still hoping to get the keys to an apartment for which I've already paid the entrance, itbi and I keep getting rolled up by the realtors and the owner mostly.
