★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência com esta imobiliária, fui ofendido pelo sr. Petrus ao reclamar de alguns itens que precisavam ser arrumados. Uma pessoa totalmente despreparada e ofensivo, não soube ter equilíbrio emocional em momento nenhum. Até fiquei com pena dele, pois estava totalmente raivoso. Pessoas assim não podem ter contato com o público. Na verdade , eu classificaria esta imobiliária sem estrela alguma.
 I had a bad experience with this real estate company, I was offended by mr. Petrus when complaining about some items that needed to be fixed. A totally unprepared and offensive person, he didn't know how to have emotional balance at any time. I even felt sorry for him, because he was totally angry. People like that cannot have contact with the public. In fact, I would rate this property no stars at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após o distrato de um contrato de aluguel a empresa se nega a devolver o valor dado como caução no inicio do contrato, mesmo passando 29 dias da entrega das chaves do imóvel. A mesma alega que precisa de 30 dias para fazer a devolução de um valor que deveria estar guardado para devolução no final do contrato.
