★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalmente buscar um apartamento ou uma casa é uma complicação, você passa por diversos corretores "imprecisos" e se sente insegura na hora de tomar uma das decisões mais importantes. Com a FELT foi diferente, o atendimento é top (mesmo eu chamando tarde da noite fui respondido). Acalmando o cliente na hora que precisa, e mostrando a realidade sobre o mercado imobiliário. Encontrei meu apartamento graças a clareza deles. RECOMENDO DE MAIS!!!!!!
Usually looking for an apartment or a house is a complication, you go through several "inaccurate" brokers and feel insecure when making one of the most important decisions. With FELT it was different, the service is top (even though I called late at night I was answered). Calming the client when they need it, and showing the reality about the real estate market. I found my apartment thanks to their clarity. I RECOMMEND MORE !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os preços de alugueis e compra estão muito superiores se comparado aos das outras imobiliárias, infelizmente é uma tendência entre elas aumentar o valor dos imóveis tanto aluguel quanto compra para o Portal sendo que não vale! Tentar comparar o Portal com Alphaville ta muito longe e mesmo assim Alphaville ta mais barato pra morar!
Rental and purchase prices are much higher compared to other real estate prices, unfortunately there is a tendency among them to increase the value of properties both for rent and purchase for the Portal, which is not worth it! Trying to compare the Portal with Alphaville is a long way away and even then Alphaville is cheaper to live in!

Terrible service provided, from their own experience if they can Don't Buy any Property through this Real Estate Agency so they don't have a headache or the Contract they know how to type.
