★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a aquisição de 2 Chips da empresa da operadora vivo no dia 28/12/2020 com a informação de que a Ativação do plano poderia levar até 72hs. Concordei e fica compra, ao falar com o representante Bruno que estaria me ajudando na ativação ele me indicou 1dos chip que seria ativado primeiro no plano que eu escolhi. O mesmo foi ativado no início da noite do dia 29/12/2020.
Hoje 30/12/2020 perguntei a ele sobre a ativação do segundo chip e o mesmo me disse que só faria a ativação depois do dia 05/01/2021 porém que sem data definida e que isso era uma regra e que se eu não concordasse me devolveria o valor pago pelo chip. Isso não foi passado no dia de aquisição. Peço ao representante da empresa que sejam claros e respeitem o consumidor. Quanto a avaliação caso tenha o problema resolvido eu mudo.

Today 12/30/2020 I asked him about the activation of the second chip and he said that he would only do the activation after 05/01/2021 but that without a defined date and that this was a rule and that if I did not agree I would return the amount paid for the chip. This was not passed on the day of acquisition. I ask the company representative to be clear and respect the consumer. As for the evaluation if the problem is solved, I change.
