Estava trabalhando praticamente do lado do restaurante e estava tentando pedir uma Marmitex desde o 12:00hr, ninguém atendia.. quando consegui pedir era 12:30hr e a moça deu previsão de entrega em meia hora mais não foi entregue, liguei novamente e a menina disse que já estava vindo (outra mentira) pois mesmo assim não foi entregue.. No final das contas tive que cancelar pois demoraram mais de uma hora pra entregar e eu tinha que voltar a trabalhar.. Muita falta de respeito com o cliente.... Perderam uma cliente fiel!!
The food is very good, but the staff is very unprepared. I was working practically on the side of the restaurant and was trying to order a Marmitex since 12: 00hr, no one answered .. when I managed to order it was 12: 30hr and the girl gave an estimated delivery in half an hour but it wasn't delivered, I called again and the girl I said it was coming (another lie) because it still wasn't delivered .. At the end of the day I had to cancel because it took more than an hour to deliver and I had to go back to work .. A lot of disrespect for the customer .. .. Lost a loyal customer !!
