★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falam no site que realizam o reparo de Filtros da marca Consul, porém ao mandar mensagem aos mesmos perguntando se realizariam o reparo rejeitam a garantia do produto, após eu falar que pagaria o serviço por fora eles me falam que não realizam reparos em purificadores daquele modelo, sendo que no site estava escrito que faziam.

Cada momento uma desculpa diferente. Não recomendo.

Perguntei qual o serviço que ofereciam e ela já impaciente disse que só faziam consertos. Informei que gostaria de fazer um orçamento para conserto de minha máquina. Ao invés de me pedir as informações necessárias com educação, ela fez questão de reforçar que eu havia perguntado se havia uma peça mas que eles não trocavam a peça, e respondeu de forma não muito educada e gentil que precisaria de várias informações. Pedi desculpas pelo incômodo e desliguei. Darei preferência a outros prestadores de serviço da área.

Antes, no entanto, disse que mesmo que pedisse, sabe lá se chegaria. Questionei como seria a garantia de entrega, já que o pagamento era antecipado e ele havia dito que não sabia se o produto estaria realmente disponivel na Electrolux. Ele informou que já havia dito aquilo. Agradeci, pedi desculpas pelo incômodo e desliguei. Se depender de mim, jamais utilizarei dos serviços deste estabelecimento. A postura do atendente é totalmente incondizente com a de um vendedor, com soberba e impaciência. Não recomendo!
