★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp da empresa BH MUDAS (final 7903 e 1365), mas o atendimento é bem ruim. Falam que um vendedor vai entrar em contato e não entra. Aí você chama novamente, o vendedor manda uma mensagem e te deixa no vácuo quando você conta do que precisa. Você tem que retomar a conversa porque não te respondem; ou seja, não há qualquer interesse da parte da empresa em fazer atendimento ao cliente. Medingar por serviço que vou pagar não dá não.
Vou olhar em outro lugar, obrigada.
I got in touch via WhatsApp from the company BH MUDAS (end 7903 and 1365), but the service is pretty bad. They say that a seller will get in touch and not enter. Then you call again, the salesperson sends you a message and leaves you in a vacuum when you tell them what you need. You have to pick up the conversation because they don't answer you; that is, there is no interest on the part of the company in providing customer service. Meditating for a service I'm going to pay is no way.
