★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já faço yoga a 3 e. 1/2, e qdo comecei estava sem equilíbrio e sem foco nenhum por conta de uma hospitalização. E temos mta informação, explicação e acompanhamento em todas as posturas e exercícios de respiração. Sem falar no espaço amplo e na preocupação com a higienização.
I already do yoga at 3 and. 1/2, and when I started I was out of balance and without any focus because of a hospitalization. And we have a lot of information, explanation and monitoring in all postures and breathing exercises. Not to mention the wide space and the concern with hygiene.
