★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive que pagar 2 vezes transferência e fazer 2 vistorias por não conseguir atendimento, assim como não conseguir enviar documentos pelo site do Detran que vive "bugando"! Agora, recebi uma mult por atraso na transferência! Absurdo! Todos já estão trabalhando normalmente e só o Detran não abre as portas pra atender o povo com dignidade e eficiência! Descaso!
I had to pay 2 times for a transfer and do 2 inspections for not being able to receive assistance, as well as not being able to send documents through the Detran website, which is "buggy"! Now I received a fine for late transfer! Absurd! Everyone is already working normally and only Detran does not open the doors to serve the people with dignity and efficiency! Neglect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, portão fechado,e a única informação que passam é pra fazer online,ou ir pessoalmente com todos os documentos descritos num papel, que besta colado no portão.hoje 20/12/21 estive novamente no DETRAN Bertioga,com agendamento do Poupatempo atendem no portão,entrei porque implorei, com altivez,e muito mal educada,me mandou procurar um despachante. Ninguém mas mesas de atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na frente cartaz dizendo atendimento a partir das 11 hs. Várias pessoas esperando no sol, pessoas com agendamento as 11 hs e fechado plena segunda- feira. Falta de respeito com o cidadão.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faça o seu agendamento até 14h no máximo, porque até você ir pras lotéricas pagar as taxas... você tem que voltar, ficar na fila e ser atendido de novo até as 16h, se não te mandam voltar no dia seguinte. Eles não aceitam dinheiro e nem cartão de débito ou crédito lá. Desserviço. Gasto 50 reais pra conseguir ir e voltar do detran da minha casa, ou 2h de ônibus, se o ônibus milagrosamente não me deixar esperando.
