Realizei a compra de um carregador, o mesmo veio com defeito sendo que tive que pagar o frete e para que a troca fosse realizada a empresa se negou a pagar o frete de troca. Tive que arcar com o frete da compra mais dois fretes para que a troca fosse realizada. Atendimento completamente informal, nada profissional!

Como precisava com urgência, peguei a primeira loja que apareceu no google e liguei. Por sorte, eram eles. Me mandaram um produto original e lacrado, no horário combinado.
Parabéns. Que o mercado de informática tenha mais comerciantes como vocês.
