Levei um tablet antigo com a tela quebrada e ele conseguiu me dar uma solução criativa, inteligente, barata, rápida e satisfatória. Zero preguiça! Durante a manutenção ele sempre me atualizava de tudo e não fazia nada sem antes alinhar comigo. Depois de pronto, foi levar o dispositivo no Santa Efigênia onde eu estava, local bem distante de onde fica a New Way BH. Me cobrou um preço justo e parcelou para minha conveniência. Pra finalizar, ele ainda teve o cuidado de fazer o pós atendimento, me mandando mensagem procurando saber se estava tudo certo com o tablet.
Nota 10/10.
I was attended by Mateus with total professionalism, speed, friendliness and attention. I took an old tablet with a broken screen and it managed to give me a creative, smart, cheap, fast and satisfactory solution. Zero laziness! During maintenance he always updated me with everything and did nothing without first aligning with me. Once ready, I took the device to Santa Efigênia where I was, a place far from New Way BH. He charged me a fair price and paid in installments for my convenience. Finally, he was still careful to do the post-service, sending me a message to find out if everything was okay with the tablet.
