★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumprem com o prometido , já fui duas vezes ao local em uma ocasião para ser arrumado um relógio me deram um prazo de uma semana!E só me deram ele pronto em um mês, fora que na terceira semana fui lá eles me falaram caso eu quisesse levar em outra loja eu poderia ficar a vontade como se o tempo que eu perdi deixando o relógio lá não fosse nada um desrespeito claro com o cliente.
2 °caso comprei um par de aliança em dois dias uma aliança que continha uma pedra se soltou levamos para que fosse feita a manutenção disseram que ia estar pronto na terça e ela foi deixada na quinta feira passada quase uma semana depois pois hoje é quarta feira ela ainda não está pronta pois disseram que não há preta para colocar na aliança e não visualizam o WhatsApp um descaso enorme sabendo que a aliança já estão pagas e não estamos usando.

And they only gave me it ready in a month, except that in the third week I went there they told me if I I wanted to take it to another store and I could be at ease as if the time I lost leaving the clock there was nothing a clear disrespect to the customer.
2nd case I bought a pair of alliance in two days an alliance that contained a stone was released we took it to be maintained they said it was going to be ready on Tuesday and it was left last Thursday almost a week later because today is Wednesday she still is not ready because they said that there is no black to put in the alliance and they do not visualize the WhatsApp an enormous negligence knowing that the alliance are already paid and we are not using.

Levei um relógio G Shock para trocar a bateria. Devolveram o relógio mal encaixado, com botão travado e sem funcionar direito.
Levei em outra relojoaria e foi constatado que a bateria colocada não era adequada para o relógio e a proteção interna do relógio havia sido retirada.
Voltei na loja e falei o que havia acontecido. Me devolveram a proteção interna do relógio e o valor da bateria.
Não confie!
Se eu não tivesse levado em outro local para avaliar, jamais saberia o que tinham feito.

I took a G Shock watch to change the battery. They returned the watch that was not properly fitted, with a locked button and not working properly.
I took it to another watchmaker and it was found that the battery attached was not suitable for the watch and the watch's internal protection had been removed.
I went back to the store and told them what had happened. I was returned the internal protection of the watch and the battery value.
Do not trust!
If I hadn't taken it elsewhere to assess, I would never have known what they had done.

Comprei par de alianças foleadas a ouro
Pedimos para gravar os nomes e datas nelas, disseram que perderíamos a garantia ,
Confiando nos matérias e nas semi jóias foleadas que estávamos comprando,pedimos para gravar .
O banho a ouro das alianças não duraram 3 meses.
Perderam a cor e e ficaram pretas.
Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No telefone fixo escuto que "ñ foi possível completar a chamada", no 97161-6318 o número está indisponível, no 94730-2211 só chama ninguém atende e no 94513-4683 entra direto na caixa postal. Os dois primeiros telefones constam na nota fiscal. Quero saber de uma peça que deixei para conserto e não consigo falar. O número que deveria ser do whatsapp não tem foto ou qualquer outra menção que seja de uma conta comercial, sem foto, sem recado.
On the landline I hear that "it was not possible to complete the call", on 97161-6318 the number is unavailable, on 94730-2211 only calls no one answers and on 94513-4683 it goes straight to voicemail. The first two phones are on the invoice. I want to know about a part I left for repair and I can't speak. The number that should be from whatsapp does not have a photo or any other mention of a commercial account, no photo, no message.
