★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA. Nunca mais volto neste lugar. Quando vamos a primeira vez, a atendente nos atende bem e promete fazer todos os justes necessários no vestido. Depois de pagar o sinal, ao voltar para a prova, mal nos escutam.
Aluguei um vestido e a Sandra me disse que poderia ser aquele, que eles fariam os ajustes. A menos de uma semana do evento, voltei para a prova e a costureira com muita má vontade disse que não poderia fazer o ajuste desejado (o vestido estava super curto, pega frango) e que ia fazer o que desse. Ao voltar para outra prova me deparo com um vestido horrível, ela modificou o vestido todo, parecia outro vestido no qual eu jamais alugaria. Me ofereceram um vestido, que era mais barato e ainda assim me cobraram o preço do outro mais caro, mal queriam tirar as medidas para o ajuste. Ao voltar, um dia antes do evento, o vestido estava comprido, a barra arrastava no chão, e muito largo também, parecia que eu tinha 5kg a mais, e não queriam justar, nem olhavam na minha cara. Com muita insistência, ajustaram um pouco mais, mas ainda fui com vestido grande. Deixei de ir no Edifício Mariana para apoiar o comércio do bairro, mas só serviu para que eu passasse raiva.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I'm never coming back to this place again. When we go for the first time, the attendant takes care of us well and promises to make all the necessary adjustments to the dress. After paying the deposit, when returning to the test, they barely hear us.
I rented a dress and Sandra told me it could be that one, that they would make the adjustments. Less than a week before the event, I went back for the test and the seamstress said with great displeasure that she couldn't make the desired adjustment (the dress was super short, it takes chicken) and that she would do whatever she could. When I returned for another test I came across a horrible dress, she changed the whole dress, it looked like another dress I would never rent. They offered me a dress, which was cheaper and yet they charged me the price of the other more expensive one, they barely wanted to take measurements for the fit. When I came back, the day before the event, the dress was long, the hem dragged on the floor, and too wide, it looked like I had 5 kg more, and they didn't want to fit, nor did they look at my face. With a lot of insistence, they adjusted it a little more, but I still went with a big dress. I stopped going to the Mariana Building to support the neighborhood's commerce, but it only made me angry.
