★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom, os materiais que adquiri tbm (areia e cimento). No entanto perdem muito na medição da areia. Paguei o metro e meio e entregaram nem um metro cúbico. A justificativa é o tipo de medição, seriam 18 carrinhos para o volume. Só que 18 carrinhos BEM CHEIOS OU 30 carrinhos na régua. (Basta pesquisar para conferir). Mediram na régua 19 carrinhos o que representa, na realidade menos de um metro cúbico. Acho desnecessário esse tipo de ação. Deviam ser condizentes, se não está lucrativo, altere o valor, mas vendam o volume corretamente. Fiquei com o material por conta da desesperança, provavelmente os outros depósitos fazem o mesmo.
The service is good, the materials I purchased too (sand and cement). However, they lose a lot in measuring the sand. I paid the meter and a half and they delivered not even a cubic meter. The justification is the type of measurement, it would be 18 carts for the volume. Only 18 VERY FULL carts OR 30 carts on the ruler. (Just search to check it out). They measured 19 carts on the ruler, which actually represents less than one cubic meter. I think this kind of action is unnecessary. They should be consistent, if it's not profitable, change the value, but sell the volume correctly. I kept the material because of hopelessness, probably the other warehouses do the same.
