É uma fonte de água mineral onde as pessoas usam para realizar suas necessidades de higiene. É um absurdo o cheiro que tem o lugar todos os dias. Acredito a Bica não é levada com a atenção necessária principalmente em tempos de tão grande população de rua. Atenção prefeito Lupércio é responsabilidade do senhor deixar aquele local higienizado sem que o uso real dele perca sua função ... Vamos observar a história do local e valorizar ... a prefeitura de Olinda está servindo como uma borracha para sua história.
