★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível com banho e tosa íntima da minha gatinha... demoraram demais para secar a coitadinha... não efetuaram a tosa íntima adequadamente e o cara ainda veio dizer que não fez tudo porque ela é agressiva, nunca foi agressiva, ela fica amuadinha.... mas é claro que cobraram pelo serviço todo, não recomendo, não levem seus animaizinhos lá....
 Horrible experience with bathing and intimate grooming of my kitty ... took too long to dry the poor thing ... did not perform the grooming properly and the guy even came to say that did not do everything because she is aggressive, never aggressive, she is pouting .... but of course they charged for the whole service, I do not recommend, do not take your little animals there ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar que já levei meu pet. Nas três vezes que fui, as recepcionistas ficam conversando entre elas e não te dão a menor atenção! O pior mesmo é que o banho é péssimo! Não recomendo!
Worst place I ever took my pet. The three times I went, the receptionists are talking to each other and don't give you the slightest attention! The worst thing is that the bath is terrible! I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo.Paguei pelo banho e tosa higiênica ,mas não foi feita nenhuma tosa,não cortaram os pelos da orelha e nem das partes íntimas sem contar que as unhas voltaram grandes.O pelo veio opaco e embaraçado.Se você não faz a hidratação que custa R$ 30,00 fora o banho e tosa,acho que não passam nem condicionador.Veio uma palha seco e embaraçado.Muito ruim.
I do not recommend. I paid for the bath and grooming, but it was not done, did not cut the hair of the ear or the private parts not to mention that the nails came back big. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelo preço, comparado a outros pets, no mínimo o cachorro deveria ter condicionador passado no pelo, ou vc paga hidratação ou o pelo do cachorro vem igual uma palha. Sem falar nas reclamações pq o cachorro com pelo grande tem no e os 20 reais a mais pelo desembolso, que deveria ser combinado antes do banho e não de surpresa. Não gostei. Não volto. Os meninos são bons tosadores mas a mulher não recomendo.
For the price, compared to other pets, at least the dog should have conditioner past the fur, or you pay for hydration or the dog's hair comes like a straw. Not to mention the complaints because the dog with big fur has and the 20 extra dollars for the disbursement, which should be combined before the bath and not by surprise. Did not like. I am not coming back. The boys are good shearers but the woman I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento... A recepcionista marca um horário diferente na agenda depois não quer atender. Alegando que eu estava 15 minutos atrasada sendo que eu estava 15 minutos adiantada! Eu havia marcado 4 banhos para meus caes de pequenos porte e ela so queria atender 3 dos meus caes! Nao eh a primeira vez que estou insatisfeita com a recepcao desse pet. A pessoa te destrata e ainda ficar comendo na sua frente... O banhista veio resolver e foi dar banho em todos. Porem justo o que nao queriam atender saio com o pescoco todo vermelho!! Absurdo de incompetência e pouco caso! Nao indico a ninguém e não volto mais nesse local!

I had booked 4 baths for my small dogs and she just wanted to take care of 3 of my dogs! It is not the first time that I am dissatisfied with the reception of this pet. Absurdity of incompetence and little case! I don't recommend it to anyone and I won't be back there!
