★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei meus dois cachorros para banho, tosa, escovar dente e cortar unha. Até paguei o kit para escovação à parte. Voltaram só com banho e tosa, mais nada. Escrevi reclamando no site, pedindo que completassem o serviço. Não responderam, nem ligaram. Indiferença total. Nunca mais.
I sent my two dogs for bathing, grooming, brushing teeth and cutting nails. I even paid for the brushing kit separately. They came back with a shower and grooming, that's all. I wrote complaining on the website, asking them to complete the service. They did not answer, nor did they call. Total indifference. Never.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha deixou nosso pet semana passada para banho e acertar o corte, combinamos que ligassem quando estivesse pronto, simplesmente esqueceram do nosso cachorrinho pela 2a. vez e não nos avisaram. Quando minha filha foi buscá-lo ele estava preso na gaiola sozinho, as luzes apagadas, sem funcionários no local. Fecharam a parte do banho e esqueceram ele lá!!!! Encontramos tremendo de frio e com muito medo. Tivemos que pedir para funcionária da limpeza abrir para pegarmos ele. Além disso, a moça que tosou picotou os pelos do Luke. Péssimo atendimento, desrespeito com o cliente, total irresponsabilidade!!! Considero essa atitude maus tratos!!! Adotamos ele recentemente, com histórico de abandono, vcs não tem o direito de tratar um animalzinho dessa forma. Não recomendo nunca! Descaso e decepção definem esse lugar.
My daughter left our pet last week to bathe and get the cut right, we agreed to call when it was ready, they simply forgot about our puppy for the 2nd. time and they didn't let us know. When my daughter went to pick him up he was trapped in the cage alone, the lights off, no staff in the place. They closed the bath part and forgot him there!!!! We found ourselves shivering from the cold and very afraid. We had to ask the cleaning worker to open it so we could get him. Also, the girl who snipped Luke's fur. Terrible service, disrespect for the customer, total irresponsibility!!! I consider this attitude bad treatment!!! We adopted him recently, with a history of abandonment, you do not have the right to treat a pet that way. Never recommend! Neglect and disappointment define this place.
