I went on the recommendation of a friend and she has several family dogs who treat her there when they need to. I was super well attended by the entire team from the receptionist. My ? Drip in addition to the appointment did exams. Really enjoyed! I recommend it to all tutors!

Recebi muitos elogios do atendimento e era uma veterinária de confiança de uma amiga, por isso procurei, mas comigo foi o oposto, cheguei a marcar uma vez e desmarcaram, na segunda vez cheguei a me deslocar até a clínica e a veterinária não podia consultar, não se deram nem o trabalho de avisar. A pessoa que me atendeu disse que se eu quisesse a consulta teria que ser com o veterinário de plantão, ou voltar outro dia. Decepcionada.
Total disregard for the customer, if it's a new patient, don't look for it. I received many compliments from the service and I was a trusted veterinarian of a friend, so I looked, but with me it was the opposite, I got to book once and they unchecked it, the second time I went to the clinic and the vet couldn't consult, They didn't even bother to let you know. The person who attended to me said that if I wanted the appointment I would have to be with the vet on duty, or come back another day. Disappointed.

Having a team available 24/7 with trained professionals made a total difference for me! I have always been extremely well taken care of by everyone! The girls at the reception, especially Bianca, the interns always very attentive and affectionate, all the vets and Dr. Erica for all excellence and education! We love the clinic and recommend it with our eyes closed.
