★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encontrei oque precisei, porém na ora de pagar, horrível experiência; um caixa só e demorado demais cada cliente , mesmo que seja um produto só. Atendente sem pressa, soma- se a isso o sistema lento; aí está instaurado o caos.
I found what I needed, but when it came time to pay, horrible experience; one cashier and each customer takes too long, even if it's just one product. Attendant without haste, added to that the slow system; That's where chaos ensues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo o banho e tosa neste local,levei meu cachorro para tomar banho e deixaram entrar água no ouvido dele. Meu cachorro voltou com o ouvido inflamado e coçando,estou tendo que tratar com medicação,horrível!
I don't recommend bathing and grooming in this place, I took my dog to take a bath and they let water in his ear. My dog came back with an inflamed and itchy ear, I'm having to treat it with medication, horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi se o tempo que o Pet shop era bom ??♀️ Sempre há troca de funcionários os melhores sai ou é transferido aí vem uns Funcionario que parece que não quer te atender fora que sempre falta alguma coisa quando a gente vai comprar. Que saudades de ser bem atendida ( a turma da tarde era as melhores) josi yohanna entre outros
It was if the time when the Pet shop was good ??♀️ There is always a change of employees, the best leaves or are transferred, here comes some Employee who doesn't seem to want to serve you outside that something is always missing when we go shopping. I miss being well attended (the afternoon class was the best) josi yohanna among others

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo ambiente no petshop! O lugar é um galpão muito quente! Além de demorar horrores! Cheguei 13h e só saí depois das 16h. Nem em salão de cabeleireiro é assim
Acompanhei o processo inteiro e ouvi meu cachorro chorando, de judiação mesmo. Depois que eles viram que eu estava esperando, trataram o meu pet com um pouco mais de cuidado.
Teve outro Golden que estava pronto desde as 14:30 e demorou muuuuuuito para liberarem ele.
Isso é uma falta de competência de profissionalismo! O bichinho não tem paciência de ouvir as músicas altíssimas que eles colocam e de esperarem.
O banho e tosa era R$79,99 (a principio) quando fui pagar no caixa, foi pra R$114,99!
Pura enganação!
