★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixar sua bicicleta e marcar hora pra buscar já é uma tarefa difícil, tivemos que retornar dois dias depois.
Não foi resolvido o problema. O dono teve que colocar a peça velha porque a peça vendida não era de qualidade ou apresentava problemas. A bike sem ser arrumada isso no mesmo dia tive que retornar duas vezes. As crianças ficaram desapontadas.
Atendimento péssimo , pois parece que você fica na obrigação ou está sendo obrigado. Não existe relação de cliente, atendimento, você está lá para comprar , a necessidade dos serviços isto já é tudo para um comércio, ou não?
Na hora de pagar , não pergunta se tem trouco, ou seja , a pessoa não sabe o que está cobrando e muito menos não possui nem gestão de serviços, o complicado, é que nem as bikes possuem papel de ordem de serviço e é possível vc pegar uma bicicleta errado.
Todos os serviços ele exige um pagamento adiantado???????!!!! Nunca vi isso!!!! Pois você deixa um produto com maior valor a do serviço. Mas tudo bem né...
Levei duas bikes para arrumar , uma sai da loja com a peça velha , a outra com falta de regulagens.... Ou seja, uma das bikes saíram com a peça velha porque ele não teve se quer vontade de resolver o problema, ficou mais fácil dispensar o cliente...
Não indico a loja , fiquei desapontado inclusive com o proprietário que nem se esforçou com atendimento...
Foi a primeira vez e última...

When paying, do not ask if you have a bundle, that is, the person does not know what they are charging and much less does not even have service management, the tricky thing is that not even bikes have a service order paper and it is possible for you take a wrong bike.
All services it requires an advance payment ??????? !!!! I've never seen it !!!! Because you leave a product with greater value than the service. But that's okay ...

Excellent service but the price is way out of the ordinary. Far above other bike shops. I understand that each place charges its value but in my case, I didn't find it coherent, I was even scared.
