★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja péssima, as 2 vezes que consertamos a bike lá, não durou nem um mês, mesmo tomando todo o cuidado possível e não utilizando a bike todos os dias, não recomendo em nada esse estabelecimento.
Terrible shop, the 2 times we repaired the bike there, it didn't last a month, even though I was careful and not using the bike every day, I don't recommend this establishment at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troquei um câmbio traseiro e logo depois que ele foi trocado ele começou a apresentar alguns "engasgos" e quando voltei para reportar fui tratado de forma ríspida e desrespeitosa. Alegaram que a corrente estava gasta com menos de 3 meses, o que é extremamente raro e ainda foi falado que a minha corrente não era Shimano, informação essa desmentida claramente pelo vendedor da unidade da Bike Tour da Av. Washíngton Luís, onde foi feita a troca de corrente da minha bicicleta. Ainda foi alegado que eu usava câmbio cruzado, sendo que era visível que na hora da troca do câmbio o mesmo não estava em posição cruzada e não uso o câmbio em posição cruzada, pois não é o meu desejo provocar desgaste prematuro no sistema de transmissão.
Posteriormente ao relatado, fiquei sabendo que uma possível causa era problema no elo onde a corrente foi emendada, que tal problema desaparecia conforme o uso regular da corrente e que não havia motivo para preocupação. Apliquei uma sugestão de solução e aparentemente funcionou, o que faz com que a afirmação de corrente gasta não seja verídica.
I changed a rear derailleur and soon after it was changed it started to present some "choking" and when I returned to report I was treated harshly and disrespectfully. They claimed that the chain was worn out with less than 3 months, which is extremely rare and it was even said that my chain was not Shimano, information that was clearly denied by the seller of the Bike Tour unit on Av. Washínton Luís, where my bike chain was changed. It was also alleged that I was using a cross gear, and it was visible that at the time of changing the gear it was not in a cross position and I do not use the gear in a cross position, as it is not my wish to cause premature wear in the transmission system.
Subsequent to what was reported, I learned that a possible cause was a problem in the link where the chain was spliced, that this problem disappeared with regular use of the chain and that there was no reason for concern. I applied a suggested solution and apparently it worked, which makes the statement of current drawn not true.
