★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha, eu precisava de uma cadeirinha que fosse adequada as necessidades especiais do meu filho e depois de passar em mais de 6 Bicicletarias de Santos, nenhuma delas quis pegar esse Serviço devido a sua complexidade. Foi somente na Ciclotec que conseguimos ver esse sonho realizado! Deixei no final de dia e no dia seguinte já estava andando com ela! Baita profissionais e equipe qualificada! Obrigado!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A qualidade do serviço de regulagem de marcha (que não havia necessidade) e de freios que foi feita na minha bicicleta foi péssima. Logo após a retirada da bicicleta, o freio estava tão regulado que a sapata de freio raspava no aro e a caixa de marchas estava mexida sem eu ter tido conhecimento. Ao perceber isso ao retirar a bicicleta, comuniquei tais fatos na própria loja e o reparo ficou pior ainda. A bicicleta ficou sem condições de rodar com segurança, a corrente chegou a soltar 2 vezes e o freio ficou totalmente desregulado, perdendo a eficiência da frenagem, com a manopla que "afundava" ao ser acionada e com um parafuso em cima do outro no conduíte do freio dianteiro. Voltei à loja mais uma vez reclamando dessa situação e simplesmente o mecânico estava com muita dificuldade para acertar a corrente na minha bike. Foi entregue à mim uma corrente frouxa, e tive que falar para ele arrumar novamente para a minha decepção e estresse.
Esta oficina precisa melhorar bastante o serviço, porque não é razoável eu reportar uma falha no serviço executado e simplesmente o reparo sair pior ainda, deixando uma bicicleta que, apesar de não estar lá essas coisas mas que ainda rodava razoavelmente, em uma bicicleta quase sem condições de utilização.
Nota: estive presencialmente na loja para reportar todas as falhas mencionadas, portanto não estou fazendo essa constatação somente aqui pelo Google
The quality of the gear adjustment service (which there was no need) and the brakes that was done on my bike was terrible. Shortly after taking off the bike, the brake was so set that the brake shoe was rubbing against the rim and the gearbox was messed with without my knowing it. Realizing this when I removed the bike, I reported these facts to the store itself and the repair got even worse. The bicycle was unable to run safely, the chain came to release 2 times and the brake was totally unregulated, losing braking efficiency, with the handle that "sinked" when activated and with a screw on top of the other in the conduit. of the front brake. I went back to the store once again complaining about this situation and the mechanic was simply having a hard time getting the chain right on my bike. I was handed a loose chain, and I had to tell him to fix it again much to my disappointment and stress.
This workshop needs to improve the service a lot, because it is unreasonable for me to report a failure in the service performed and simply the repair is even worse, leaving a bike that, despite not being there these things, but still running reasonably, on a bike with almost no conditions of use.
Note: I was in person at the store to report all the mentioned failures, so I'm not making this observation only here on Google

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não leve sua bike nessa bicletaria. Peças de péssima qualidade. Fiz troca da de câmbio, revisão geral, na 2 volta quebrou. Voltei para arrumar time que trocar corrente e outras peças. Mesma coisa, 2 volta a bike quebrou. Gastei R$ 450,00 e o que eles me falam. Me traz aqui, não se colocam a disposição para vir buscar a mesma, sem ela andar? Tenho certeza se levar vou gastar mais 200, 300 reais pra bike não andar novamente!!!!
Don't take your bike to this bike shop. Poor quality parts. I changed the gearbox, general overhaul, on the 2nd lap it broke. I came back to get a team to change the chain and other parts. Same thing, 2 laps the bike broke. I spent R$450.00 and what they tell me. Bring me here, don't you make yourself available to come get it, without it walking? I'm sure if I take it I'll spend another 200, 300 reais for the bike not to ride again!!!!
