Sou de SP Z/O fiquei analisando se valia a pena ir até Santo André conhecer a loja. Lógico que tive certa dúvida, de tantos golpistas na Internet. Resolvi ir, foi a melhor coisa que fiz. Como não tenho muito conhecimento de bike, todas as minhas dúvidas foram sanadas, montei a bike do jeito que queria, ficou linda, ótima loja, foi super bem atendido, tomei café com a equipe e sai satisfeito com a compra. Super indico a Bicitech.
 I was researching a Bike on the internet, after so much research and getting tips, an advertisement for Bicitech appeared. I'm from SP Z/O and I was analyzing if it was worth going to Santo André to see the store. Of course I had some doubts, from so many scammers on the Internet. I decided to go, it was the best thing I did. As I don't know much about bikes, all my doubts were answered, I mounted the bike the way I wanted, it was beautiful, great store, it was super well attended, I had coffee with the team and I left satisfied with the purchase. I highly recommend Bicitech.

Saímos do Jaguaré para Santo André para comprar uma bike pra ele que conseguiu uma do jeitinho que ele queria. Tamanha foi a empolgação e o bom atendimento que acabamos saindo de lá com duas bikes, uma pra ele e outra pra mim. Donos muito atenciosos que procuraram entender o que esperávamos de uma bike, o que é muito difícil da gente ver em uma loja. Super recomendo tanto para quem está na região, como para quem está mais distante como nós. Qualidade das bikes, bom atendimento e atenção, vale muito à pena!
I went to Bicitech on Saturday, as my husband had found the store on the internet. We left Jaguaré for Santo André to buy a bike for him, who got one just the way he wanted. Such was the excitement and the good service that we ended up leaving there with two bikes, one for him and one for me. Very attentive owners who tried to understand what we expected from a bike, which is very difficult for us to see in a store. I highly recommend both for those who are in the region and for those who are further away like us. Quality of the bikes, good service and attention, it's worth it!

Fui extremamente bem atendido pela Tati e pelo Danilo, desde as tratativas iniciais via Whatsapp como depois de forma presencial na loja. Tiveram muita paciência com as minhas perguntas, pude testar as bikes antes de escolher e depois da escolha montaram a bike do jeito que eu queria.
Trabalham de domingo a domingo, o sucesso não vem por acaso.
Valeu muito a pena ter saído de SP para conhecê-los !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O estabelecimento conta com uma grande variedade de bicicletas, vários tipos de quadros, cores... É possível ir escolhendo as peças que mais gosta e o pessoal vai listando a configuração da bike no Pc, e já informa como fica o preço.
Possuem muitos acessórios para ciclismo, comprei todas da minha bike no local.
A local também está em expansão, então trará mais conforto para os clientes, e mais opções a mostra.
E o mais importante, o atendimento é um dos melhores que já tive, quando fui pela primeira vez, fiquei umas duas horas conversando, tiraram todas as minhas dúvidas, mesmo estando uma correria no dia, e isso me conquistou muito, comprei a bike do jeito que não achei que conseguiria com o preço que paguei, então sou muito grato por isso.
Eles abrem até em finais de semana e feriados, poucas pessoas estão dispostas a trabalhar assim, e valorizo isso.

And most importantly, the service is one of the best I've ever had, when I went for the first time, I spent a couple of hours talking, they answered all my doubts, even though I was running around during the day, and that won me over a lot, I bought the bike from a way that I didn't think I could do with the price I paid, so I'm very grateful for that.
They are open even on weekends and holidays, few people are willing to work like that, and I value that.
