Fui As 9 da manhã tava fechada.
Voltei as 17:40 o dono me disse q não podia atender pq já tinha guardado as bikes,questionei o horário de atendimento e prontamente mandou eu ir no concorrente em frente.
Isso pq eu estava acompanhado do meu filho de 4 anos.
Parabéns pelo atendimento e consideração pelo cliente.
Se depender de mim nunca mais volto e nem recomendo a ninguém.

I returned at 17:40 the owner told me that he could not attend because he had already stored the bikes, I questioned the opening hours and he promptly told me to go to the competitor in front of him.
This was because I was accompanied by my 4 year old son.

Ele fica muito a vontade para falar de bikes desde os primórdios até as atuais. Se precisar de alguma peça mais antiga então, ele se desdobra para encontrar.
Bom, gosto muito dessa loja, pelo seu atendimento, conhecimento e custo benefício. Quem não conhece, experimente, pois irá entender o que estou comentando aqui.
